Summary:
Mykonos is a luxurious 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom Santa Barbara vacation home perfect for a small family.

The Space:
The spacious interior can accommodate up to 4 guests, and don't forget to bring your pup along as Mykonos is pet friendly! Surrounded by white walls and fine furnishings, guests can get their Greek island fix without even leaving California. Enjoy sunny days on the many outdoor decks or take a short bike ride down to the beach.

Please be advised there is construction noise in the neighboring unit and common garage area, during daytime hours, at least until, and possibly beyond the end of November. We are working with the neighbor to minimize any disruption during your stay. City allows for construction between 7am and 8pm.

Upon approaching this vacation rental guests will have access to a 1 car garage through the gated entry on the ground floor. he main level (3rd floor) of the home features a crisp white interior with blue coastal finishes. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating options placed around a gorgeous fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. After a day of exploring the city, light a fire and curl up on the couch to watch a movie. A DVD player and WIFI are provided for family entertainment.

Continuing past the living room guests will find an open floor plan seamlessly connecting the kitchen and dining area. Laundry closet is located off of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a generous amount of counter space. Anyone will love cooking their favorite dishes in here, some may even be tempted to try out some new recipes. When your meals are ready to be served have all guests take a seat at the dining table. The dining table has seating for six, so everyone can enjoy a home cooked meal together.

The second floor holds the two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. At the end of the night when you are ready to receive a good night's rest, choose from the master and guest bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-size bed, TV, has a private deck, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom offers a tranquil morning - soak in the jacuzzi bathtub or enjoy the walk-in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom holds a Queen-size bed, TV, reading nook, and similarly has an ensuite bathroom.

On the 4th floor, the rooftop terrace may be the best feature of this home. A variety of outdoor seating is sprawled along the deck. Settle down in front of the outdoor fireplace or fire up the grill to dine alfresco. While lounging in this area you are sure to witness some breathtaking sunsets as the sky transforms to pinks and golds.

- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $250 per stay. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

Santa Barbara trip

Property was just as described. Walking distance to all things, Santa Barbara! Just two blocks from the beach, a short walking distance to Stearns wharf and also short walk to State Street. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Santa Barbara Getaway

We were visiting Santa Barbara for a wedding and this property was perfect for us! The location is great and very walkable to the funk zone as well as the beach. The property was beautiful and matched the pictures on the listing. Lastly, the communication was very prompt from the host which was always appreciated!

Beautiful, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated home in a great location within walking distance of downtown. Private, garage parking (with a dumb waiter to help with moving luggage upstairs) - outdoor areas to enjoy the weather - washer/dryer - fully equipped kitchen. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations for our short stay in Santa Barbara.

We absolutely loved this place the first time so obviously we came a second time. What went wrong with our stay the second time though is that the unit that is adjacent to this one started construction (hammering) at 730am in the morning every single morning we were there. We left a day early since it was really killing our relaxing vacation vibe.

Wonderful location near the water and shops

We enjoyed our stay and this home very much! Townhouse was well appointed with all you would need in kitchen, towels, laundry detergent...etc. Great outdoor spaces with wonderful mountain views. We walked to breakfast and coffee each morning and loved being blocks from the water!

Close to the Beach

This was our first time using VRBO and we were very pleased with this property. It's very nicely appointed, spacious for a family of 4, and we enjoyed all of the decks and outside space. The proximity to the beach was great as we enjoy jumping on bikes and riding along the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

Our family really enjoyed this beautiful condo conveniently located near State St. We especially enjoyed the rooftop fireplace in the evenings. We most definitely want to stay here again. Just be aware that it is multiple levels so there are stairs.

Mykonos Makes Santa Barbara Memorable

Staying at Mykonos was the best vacation decision we could have made. The property location was perfect for us and the design was impeccable. We felt at home from the moment we entered. The Best of Santa Barbara

We have been spending vacations at Mykonos for seven years! We started out with a two week visit that has evolved into spending an entire month there for the past three years. It is a perfect getaway--very well maintained and tastefully decorated, perfect location--steps to beaches, restaurants and downtown, great roof deck with beautiful views, and plenty of convenient, secure parking. I would highly recommend Mykonos to anyone who wants the best of Santa Barbara!

We had a wonderful time. The best part about staying at the condo is the location. We parked our car in the garage and walked everywhere! This condo is close to the ocean, pier, and State St. for shopping, Farmers Market and so much more. The walking trails along the water are beautiful! The condo itself was a pleasure to come home to.
