"Great location. Very clean and the service was wonderful. The one and only complaint I have was the beds. They were horrible. I wasn’t the only one to feel this way. I lost a little sleep. I noticed that one of the guests had actually gone and gotten all the cushions off the couch. I just used all my pillows."

"This place checks the rooms before you leave. I spilled food on the sheets obviously by accident. I didn’t think it was a big deal since they SHOULD be washing the sheet after every visit. They charged me $100 US dollars (775 quetzales), I guess to replace? I had no clue why it was so expensive. Front desk, didn’t even know how to charge me. I had to wait until he was able to figure it while my transport was waiting. No where does it say you have to be careful with the sheets. I would have understood if they charged a cleaning fee but looks like they charged me to replace. There’s a bar next door or close by and it’s loud till late. The pool is in the middle so you hear everything. Not a place to relax."

"At first we were disappointed by no air condition, the next day we realized because the nights were cooler, that was the reason i assume there was no air condition. The staff was very friendly, helpful, they immediately tried to help if there was an issue. The hotel was very central to every where. I will definitely recommend to everyone."
