"La casa è in posizione strategica e tranquilla. A due passi (letteralmente) dal mare e vicina a tutta le attività (poche ma essenziali) di Mancaversa. In casa c’è tutto quello che serve. Siamo stati davvero bene!"

"This is a very comfortable, well-equipped apartment located very close to one of the gates into the Old Town of Lecce. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. There is also a Conrad supermarket less than a kilometre from the apartment. The only minor irritant is the presence across the road from the apartment of a mobile fast food van which can be quite noisy in the late evening and early evening. But it didn’t really disturb us much. The Old Town of Lecce is impressive...

"Bella casa, pulita e buona posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Uno dei due bagni presenta una doccia non utilizzabile a causa del poco flusso d’acqua. Unica vera pecca è la mancanza di un’area comune e di uno spazio comodo da utilizzare in 9 (visti i posti letto). Terrazzo molto carino ma non sfruttato vista la totale assenza di arredamento per essere usufruibile."

"Gianluca, il proprietario, ci ha accolti col tipico sorriso e calore pugliesi. Ci ha indicato le bellezze del luogo, e i ristoranti dove mangiare. La casa è come nelle fotografie, immersa nel verde e nella bella campagna salentina , ma comunque a pocha distanza dal mare ,dalle strade di comunicazione e dal paese. "

"The accommodations were spacious and very comfortable for our family. Everything was within walking distance and we enjoyed our time there very much. We had several parking options nearby (paid or unpaid for a slight walk) and we also had access to a grocery store if we wanted to cook at home. The historic property is unique and the interior was beautifully appointed. "

"Considering how reasonably priced this lovely apartment is, it's a very good choice. The location a few steps from Porta Napoli is ideal, with lots of restaurants, cafes, churches, etc. The only drawback to the apartment is lack of light and air. But otherwise very good."

"È stato tutto ottimo tranne il fatto che la tassa di soggiorno non è stata quella che doveva essere. Ci hanno detto che il sito non ha aggiornato il tariffario. Nel complesso appartamento pulito mi aspettavo anche gli asciugamani ma non c’erano (quindi portateveli). E nell’appartamento c’è solo una portafinestra quindi di notte bisogna stare per forza con il clima acceso perché non c’è aria."

"Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und schönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war genauso, wie sie im Inserat beschrieben wurde. Der Check-in hat super funktioniert, auch wenn Simonas Eltern nur italienisch sprechen. Mit Händen und Füßen haben wir uns verständigt und Simona war jederzeit per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt mitten in der Natur und wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Morgens einen Kaffee mit Blick auf das Meer zu genießen ist...
