Ottima posizione per girare il Salento

La casa ben tenuta climatizzata nelle stanze da letto e comoda per una famiglia di quattro persone, il proprietario Sig. Virgilio gentile e disponibile. Forniture della cucina molto essenziali, forse da incrementare. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge del Salento, supermercati raggiungibili in macchina in pochi minuti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene

Vacanza a Taviano nel mese di Luglio

Casa molto bella, spaziosa e come da foto, le forniture della cucina sono essenziali per una vacanza al mare, ottima la climatizzazione indispensabile per il periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato “40°C”. La casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, il parcheggio sempre disponibile davanti al cancello di ingresso. Si trova in posizione strategica per raggiungere mediante l’automobile tutte le più belle spiagge del Salento. Virgilio è un proprietario molto disponibile, discreto e gentile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Nel cuore della puglia, Taviano

La casa era bellissima, spaziosa e pulita. Fin dal primo momento ce ne siamo innamorati ed è stato assai difficile andare via. Il propietario è una persona ottima, sempre disponibile ed affidabile. La casa è propio vicino a tutti i servizi, come supermercati, poste, pizzerie, farmacie e pure alla superstrada, facilitando di molto gli spostamenti in tutta la puglia.

appartamento confortevole e spazioso

Siamo arrivati il 20 agosto avendo visto solo l'inserzione e con piacere abbiamo scoperto che l'appartamento non solo rispecchiava la descrizione ma era anche ampio e per noi che siamo una famiglia di 5 persone è stato perfetto.Posizionato in una zona tranquilla con la possibilità di raggiungere agevolmente in auto le più belle spiagge del Salento. Ringraziamo il Sig.Virgilio per la sua disponibilità ,discrezione,gentilezza. P.S. Un saluto da Bergamo e .....un arrivederci a prestoooo!.

Casa come da foto.

A luglio, con la mia compagna ci siamo voluti regalare una settimana nel Salento. Dopo aver visionato vari annunci, abbiamo scelto il comune di Taviano (Lecce). Questa casa è stupenda perchè è in posizione strategica per raggiungere (con l’automobile) i posti più belli e divertenti come Gallipoli, Lido Pizzo, Punta della Suina, Pescoluse (le Maldive del Salento), Leuca ... La casa con veranda e giardino, si presenta in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed é fresca. Zona tranquilla e facile parcheggio. I proprietari sono stati sempre gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La consiglio!
