"After weeks of researching places all over Puglia, I chose this property for the spaciousness outdoors with a closeup view of the sea. Maria and Alfie were dedicated hosts to make certain I had an enjoyable stay. I discovered about 15 species of birds on my Merlin app. I even spotted the Hoopoe bird long enough to identify it. "Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."
