I loved the apartment. The only issue was that the entrance code changed during my stay, and I had to reach out and get the new code. But they were responsive and gave new code. The other issue was that the carpet in the apartment was stained, but there was no odor. I will definitely rebook.

I was so relieved to find a rental that was pet friendly and had secured parking. We had an emergency plumbing situation that hit us right before the holidays and I’m really happy I chose to stay at the Balmoral Apartments instead of a hotel, as the apartment was nice, super spacious, and had a kitchen. My mom is visiting too so it was the best accommodation for the price that we could get in a short amount of time. There are plenty of amenities and it is super clean, we were just happy to be able to do laundry and our dog really enjoys the space too. Walter and Celina are super responsive and helped us extend our stay. Check in was easy and so is going in and out with the key fobs and remotes. The property is super secure and clean (even the garbage area) and honestly, we are just happy to have space for peace of mind in a stressful time like this. I would definitely stay here again for a staycation or something and recommend others to stay here too. Thank you so much, we appreciate it!

Balmoral apartment rocks! The apartment complex is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, close to the main roads and freeways. We had a very good experience with the apartment and the host (Walter). The communication with the host was very good from the beginning. Walter provided good information about the apartment complex, such as very detailed and clear entry info with passcodes and parking instructions. The apartment is surprisingly well equipped with all necessities, which came in very handy when arriving late and there was no time to think of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc. The kitchen and the dining area was also perfect for a family of five. Equipped with everything a family needs plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans. The apartment has two large bathrooms, which was a gift, with three kids. Would I recommend the apartment and return again? ABSOLUTELY, YES!!!

Wonderful appartment with everything you need included. Feels like home - just to move in. Perfect for the family. We stayed at several hotels during our holiday in the Bay Area, but definitely fell in love with Baltimore apartments. We highly recommend this accommodation!

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Everything was clean and the place was well equipped with everything you need to stay in a apartment. Everything was very close and made it easier to be able to eat home made meals instead of having to eat out all the time while your on vacation. Bedding was clean and the blackout curtains were great. I would suggest taking some of the metal decorative hung on the walls down in the bedroom. I did not mind the sound of train but when the trains stopped for a while it did rattle at night.

Awesome Alternative

Walter & Celina have thought of everything to furnish in the apartment like then pods for the dish washer, clothes washer, dryer sheets, bottle water, etc the room was well stocked and we did not need to buy anything. The kitchen had all everything you will need during your stay, just like a time share. The apartment was extremely clean and well furnished. There was an Apple TV with access to Disney Plus and other paid subscriptions. A very well thought out set up. Thank you for offering such a nice awesome alternative !!!!

Loved our stay here

Our experience with our stay here at balmoral was amazing! We felt right at home! We loved the cleanliness of our unit, the decor in the unit was beautiful! Honestly in our experience of renting so many hotels… this beats any hotel we’ve ever stayed at! And most of all what we loved was the hospitality of the staff!! Always checked up on us to make sure we have everything we need and are comfortable! We are so thankful for all the staff and managers and a special shout out to Walter, who was so helpful in every way! We also loved that they had so many different options of room styles to choose from, each room we saw was unique and beautiful in its own way, the cleanliness of it all is so amazing! This place has everything you need just like being in your own home! Washer/dryer, Apple TV and Wi-Fi, full kitchen with everything you need to make breakfast lunch and dinner! Pet friendly! My family and I genuinely loved this place and recommend this place to everyone who comes into town! My family and I will definitely be coming back to experience this stay again!

ESTADÍA MUY CÓMODA Y CON TODO LO NECESARIO. El apto es muy bonito, iluminado y limpio. Las camas son bastante confortables, volvería definitivamente. La persona encargada es muy servicial y atiende rápidamente los requerimientos. Lo único fue un olor extraño en el tapete del ascensor del edificio (como a perro). El parqueadero es muy conveniente. Hay que tener en cuenta que se debe LLAMAR por celular a la persona encargada para saber el número del apto y recibir instrucciones de ingreso.

Great property! Make sure to check your email!

Overall a very pleasant experience. CHECK your hotels.com messages for the building code and room code. They will send this ahead of time but I never saw mine in my "email". The overall aesthetic was nice, decor was great. The apartment had some great appliances, including an air-fryer which made out trip that much better! It was about 10-15 mins from Levi stadium and it was nice not being too close because after the game, the area surrounding the stadium was completely grid locked. My ONLY complaint was the way that the initial messages were sent but next time I'll just check my messages. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again even though the couch wasn't very comfortable and there's no TV in the bedrooms? It was nice knowing my car was locked in a private garage and that you can't get into the building without a code. We felt very secure.
