The hotel allowed us to park early even though the room wasn’t ready (10:30 anm) and we walked to universal CityWalk. We were still too early for check in after lunch but the room was ready and they let us have it early (13:00) Second night the guests next door had the tv on ALL night and you could hear it through the walls. Try to avoid room 227 if you like to sleep past 08:00 as it across the hall from the employee break room and they sit in there talking loudly. Location was great for going to Universal Studios without moving the car. "

The room was very comfortable and amazingly quiet considering it was next to a freeway and near Burbank airport. However, the floor badly needed to be cleaned and mopped. Front desk was completely responsive to our requests. LOVED the complimentary shuttle arrangement to the airport (Lyft). A continental breakfast would have been a nice touch."
