"Overall, Triplodge was clean and there weren't all kinds of crazy people standing around outside. Hotel was quiet. But what was more important to me was the staff. The lady at the front desk was super friendly. I had been driving straight for 12-13 hours and was exhausted and she allowed me to check in super early (of course there was a charge but it wasn't crazy at all). "

They were kind enough to change my accommodations to a first-floor room immediately upon my request. The hotel possesses a great deal of character, and the decor is truly top-notch. ​I must say that, overall, this was my best hotel stay to date. It even surpassed my long-time favorite, West Inn and Suites in Carlsbad. I have a saying that boutique hotels are like short men: they work harder for your affection! Affection has been received, The Lexen Hotel. ​Even my dealership service advisor was impressed. He arranged my transportation to the hotel and remarked on how well-appointed the property was during both my drop-off and pick-up. He even stated that he will be looking into staying there himself in the future. ​I have informed my family and friends of this experience. The Lexen Hotel is now locked in for me and my family.
