"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. The staff is willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one, the hotel being within a mall is quite convenient with many dining options and shopping within a minute’s walk! This combination really made our stay a great one.
