When we arrived, the children were greeted with lovely welcome gifts, which made the experience even more special. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The outdoor saltwater pool had a very comfortable temperature, and the nearby hot-water Jacuzzi was a perfect place to relax. There’s also a warm indoor pool inside the hotel, ideal for children and great for any weather. If I ever dreamed of coming back to Madeira, it would definitely be to this hotel. "Wonderfull hotel with amazing garden. Nice staff. Clean. Very good breakfast. We were not that impressed with the dinners we had on the hotel, we prefered the other restaruants just outside the hotel instead. Be prepared for many stairs and some steep pathways, as the rest of the island. "
