"Staff was exceptional. Each day they greeted us with warm smiles. They enjoyed working at the hotel and interacting with guests. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms are a bit outdated though. The breakfast is high quality."

"Sehr hübsche, geräumiges Haus mit einer traumhaften Terrasse und einem atemberaubenden Blick. Es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt, die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Besonders das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Atlantik war jeden Morgen der perfekte Start in den Tag. Auch die Kommunikation mit Max Bracht verlief von Beginn an durchgehend unkompliziert und absolut reibungslos. Rundum ein perfekter Aufenthalt – wir haben jede Sekunde genossen."

"Beautiful views and nice place to stay. Finding it was difficult. Pool was murky until our last day. Short walk to Santa Cruz downtown and short drive to Funchal. Enjoyed our time there."
