This hotel is a great location walking distance to the Santa Cruz pier and the beach but like most of the hotels in Santa Cruz the place is old and worn!! They did have parking which was a bonus!!

This is all about location, perfect. The accommodation run by a lovely couple who can’t do enough for you. We came from England for our son’s wedding and found the property small but adequate. It has everything you should need. Bed was comfortable. Thank you to the managers for making this a memorable trip.

it was a very good stay. the parking is tight, just be careful parking on top away from office has the betterspace. the room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. i am a care giver and the person that i was taking care of was not feeling good and the office staff allowed us alittle mor time after checkout until she was ablel to travel again . walk down to the street and you are at the Boardwalk and worf for allo the great food . i am telling people to stay here i plan on going back. one thing to do is cheeck the filters in the acd unit. they ore on top by the controls they may need to be rinesed out.

The staff and housecleaning were amazing, clean , comfortable and safe. I really appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of the sweet lady who runs the place. It was a pleasant experience! It’s on the cheaper side, so don’t expect anything fancy but if you need to get a good nights sleep, this is a great budget friendly hotel! I couldn’t ask for a better location as it’s within walking distance to the wharf and boardwalk! Again, the staff were good people and make you feel welcome!! Thank you

The room was large and clean, it had basic amenities, but no coffee anywhere on site. The towels, soap, etc. were basic. But it was super close to the beach and Boardwalk with many places to eat nearby.

Great spot for a last minute one night stay. Room was clean ( couple dirty spots on bathroom doors, but nothing major). Mattress was not the best, but it was one night. Walking distance to Pier and the Boardwalk! Room had a small fridge, which was nice.
