Very clean, absolutely amazing location, we definitely enjoyed the hot tubs. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave, very big rooms. Only complaint, beds and pillows are too hard but enjoyed our stay.

We had a ground floor double queen bed room. The room was clean, had awesome shower head water pressure, comfy mattress, and a hot tub! There were a few minor nicks on the paint on the wall/furniture, but when it comes to what matters, our stay was everything we needed and wanted!

Well, the 12:30am knock next door from the Santa Cruz Poloice Department to vacate the property was awakening and another hour of sleep lost, then, the 6am room alarm clock went off that I did not program, but, other than that the stay was good. I have stayed here before and no problems. The staff is great, location is great, hope for some compensation? Best, Mr. Duncan

Clean room, comfy bed & convenient outside bathroom area for dogs. Great little cafe/store across the street with excellent, freshly made food, coffee, snacks, etc. Very close to wharf, restaurants, boardwalk & beaches. We've stayed here several times since our sons attend UCSC.
