"We stayed 11 days and have nothing but rave reviews .. the staff.. Randall, Jorge, Gerald, Jose..amazing people.. they greated us every day by name, they gave us excellent service, lots of laughs and smiles. Front desk and house keeping very nice and quick. The pool was always nice and clean, lots of beds to lay out on, lots of parking and a quick walk to Playa Hermosa. We enjoyed our stay very much and the amazing bloody ceasar made by Randall 😉"

"This property was close to the airport and convenient for our last nights stay in Costa Rica. We didn’t explore the grounds much however, we appreciate the self-laundry service. The breakfast was okay and nothing special. The coffee shops near this hotel were all temporary closed. Otherwise, the staff was welcoming and friendly and our room was clean. "

"On the beach, close to the airport, plenty of food options, big pool, safe and super quiet at night - a special shout out for Anita at the front desk who helped with a driver and an in room massage !! "

"The property is quaint and well kept, centrally located within walking distance to everything….including steps from the beach! Everything is well maintained and immaculately clean, with consistent WiFi and excellent AC in guest rooms. The pool area is a sublimely relaxing space and the restaurant menu serves something for everyone’s palate. **BUT** what makes The Palms so genuinely special is its staff. Every staff member is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond, adding personal touches to the customer service they provide, especially Ileana at reception and Chris in the dining/bar area. Huge thanks to the entire team for a fantastic stay. PURA VIDA!!"
