Very nice property ! I would definitely come stay again. It had everything I needed plus more. Felt very welcoming.

Hotel was beautiful, clean and food was great. Staff was not wonderful and VIP (star class) was a waste of money. Butler only helped with reservations for dinner other than that didn’t see or hear from him.

I had read so many mixed reviews of this property, but I found it amazing. The staff was always very accommodating, nice and wanted to help you however they could. I traveled as a solo female traveler, and I felt very safe, and meet others throughout the property that made my stay awesome and have found some friends to travel with in the future. I will definitely travel in the"low", "rainy"season again, as it was perfect. It literally only rained two days, in the afternoon, for about an hour. I also do not recommend Star class as I was able to do everything I needed on my own, and saved money. Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. Everyone from golf cart driver to cleaning services greeted us with a smile and kindness. The pools were clean and had activities. The gym was functional and spa was relaxing. Additionally, all staff were attentive and knowledgable. Yeraly was great and Steven helped immensely with restaurant reservations. The guest services were great at accommodating any request. Overall, beautiful scenery and an amazing stay.

The resort has excellent service -.very friendly and courteous staff, food at the buffet had nice variety and the a la carte restaurants were top-notch, last but not least the entertainment was superb. We went as a family, and had a wonderful time!

To get to eat in the other restaurants you had to upgrade to Star for 60.00 more per day. In the all inclusive lunch is left over for dinner. Room service food you didn’t get exactly what you ordered. Rooms were clean.

The property was beautiful but house service went into my even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door. House keeping stole over 200 dollars out of my wallet. I felt unsafe and disappointed with the lack of concern with the security and management.

I recently stayed at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica and overall had a wonderful experience. The highlight of my trip was definitely the amazing staff interactions—everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to make the stay enjoyable. Their service really stood out and added a personal touch to the resort. The resort itself is beautiful, and the atmosphere is lively yet relaxing. The only area I felt could use some improvement was the restaurant reservation process—responses and availability weren’t always smooth or timely, which made dining a little less convenient than expected. The food quality was good overall (a solid B+), with plenty of variety, though a few dishes didn’t quite match the resort’s otherwise high standards. Despite these minor issues, I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend Planet Hollywood Costa Rica for anyone looking for a fun and vibrant getaway with excellent staff support.
