  • Fantastic villa surrounded by the sea and nature, with a private pool.

    Ideal for families with children, couples, or friends looking to enjoy the tranquility of the area and respect their neighbors’ peace and quiet.

    Just 15 minutes from the city of Ibiza and a few minutes from the island’s most charming coves. It’s located in a gated community with 24-hour security. The community has access to a private cove.

    The 300 m² home features 3 double bedrooms with panoramic ocean views and en suite bathrooms. It also includes a guest room with a double bed that can accommodate two additional guests. Spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and direct access to the terrace and pool, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a large terrace with a private pool.

    It’s worth noting once again that from anywhere in the house, you can enjoy the tranquility of the area and the wonderful ocean views.
