Spacious traditional Santa Fe adobe home

We are happy to offer this exceptional retreat in Santa Fe! With 7000 square feet of indoor space, this home is perfect for groups or families of up to 14 seeking a relaxed retreat in a quiet country setting.
Minutes from Santa Fe’s downtown plaza and galleries of Canyon road, this property sits on three acres in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood just off the Veterans Memorial Highway Southwest of the Plaza in Santa Fe which also makes it convenient to the Santa Fe Opera, shopping and the Santa Fe Airport.
There are 5 bedrooms:
1.The Primary suite with a king bed, TV and a twin daybed (sleeps 3)
2.The zen room with a queen bed (sleeps 2)
3.The Mountain room with a queen bed (sleeps 2)
4.The Courtyard suite with its own full kitchen is one huge room with a king bed and a twin daybed. Includes TV(sleeps 3)
5.The Bunk room has 2 twin beds and queen pull down Murphy bed (sleeps 4)

The large living room is oriented around a kiva style fireplace. There is plenty of seating and a 75" television.
Dedicated dining room with seating for 12.
A well equipped and fully stocked kitchen with Viking range, warming oven, wine fridge and a granite island with additional seating.

Outdoor spaces include a year-round heated 50 ft.lap pool with electric cover. Covered porch with sectional seating and a large arbor-covered table which seats 14-perfect for dining al fresco. Enjoy the traditional Swedish sauna or relax in the hot tub with its soothing massage jets.

Owners Blake and Mitty live in the separated and private next door home. We are available if needed and would love to help better your experience if questions should come up, otherwise we provide your group with complete privacy.


This is a peaceful home in a quiet country setting, a place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. As such, we cannot accommodate weddings or other potentially loud parties.

The photos do not do it justice! This property is spacious, beautifully appointed, and has incredible views. We had a party of 12 and it could not have been a better location for our extended family Christmas. Everyone felt like they had their own personal space and the main living and cooking areas were ample and comfortable. Hosts were responsive and helpful when needed. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. It's such a great location with so many amenities - you don't even want to leave the property - but not far at all to drive into town. We've rented this for a girls trip and also for a couples trip and had a wonderful time with each group!

We came to town for the balloon festival with a bigger group of friends (with kids). This property was amazing- so many places to gather and it had everything we needed to entertain ourselves. It’s a great property for a group, and with kids. The neighborhood and the views from the actual house are stunning. Would come back in a heartbeat.

the house worked beautifully for a group of 8 people, adult friends traveling together. It has a great location and allowed for day trips hiking and exploring. It is appointed well, we cooked several times and totally enjoyed relaxing by the pool at the end of the day with the warm rays of the sun as the days are cooling off.

I did a mother/daughter trip and everyone loved the house and the property. Owners are super nice and accommodating. Very close to town but out enough that the stars at night are amazing. Property is very quiet also.

We absolutely loved our time here - the pictures don’t do the property justice. The owners have thought of everything … the house is superbly outfitted and decorated, we felt completely at home. Our kids loved the turfed outdoor space and exploring around the property. Highly recommend!

We've been taking vacations with our adult children and grandchildren for 5 years, and this is the best place we've every stayed. The house and grounds are beautiful, there was plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen is well equipped, the view is gorgeous, and the kids loved the pool. There are many lovely places to relax outside, and the inside stayed cool even on some pretty hot days. Blake was very responsive to questions and some minor problems. We'd happily stay here again. The only inconvenience is that it's a bit of a trek to a grocery store, so you just have to be organized and plan your shopping well -- but the wonderful view makes up for it.

This house exceeded our expectations and we did not want to leave this house. Everything was wonderful, the only thing I can say is that it is a drive to everything and 1 hour drive to the mountain. Overall though, would stay here again and highly recommend!

We absolutely loved renting this stunning home. The home is beautifully decorated, incredibly well-stocked and felt very spoiling in so many ways. We especially enjoyed the heated pool, sauna, hot tub and gas fire pit. So many lovely details including blankets for cool evenings, beach towels for swim or sauna, lovely platters and glassware in the kitchen….four stars all the way!

Fantastic home with many living areas and bedrooms. Owners were extremely helpful in getting us started on our vacation. It was well stocked with all items needed for a top notch family time! Superb (as the family said). We knew the house would be beautiful from the photos online, but the professionally landscaped gardens around the house were unexpected. The views of the local mountains were gorgeous as were the sunsets. We had enjoyable evenings by the fire pit and fun days by the pool and hot tub. We were fortunate to be there on the fourth of July to see the fireworks across Santa Fe. Excursions were very easy from the property location and we were always eager to return to spend time relaxing on the patio with a glass of wine.

We have stayed in a variety of vacation homes and host an annual womens retreat. This home is by far the most beautiful house we have ever stayed at. Everyone had an amazing stay. There was ample room for different activities. The attention to detail in all the spaces was a delight to experience. It was clean and well stocked. We needed nothing. Blake was so responsive and kind. We will def be booking this space again! Thank you so much for a magical weekend.

This house is beyond belief. The property is gorgeous - even the beautiful pictures don't do it justice. The owners pay incredible attention to detail - they've thought of absolutely everything you could need to have the most wonderful stay. I can't say enough about the property or the owners. Beautiful well maintained property. Excellent support from on-site manager. Kitchen had everything, as did outdoors. Regulation pool table a bonus. Lots of areas for six adults and five children 6-14 to congregate or separate. We had Ned Laventall, a private chef, in twice who did a great job. Would come again.

Thank you Blake and Mitty for an outstanding week at your beautiful resort like property. Having booked several activities in the area, ahead of our stay, I fully expected to add to our itinerary once we'd settled in. However, on seeing the property in the flesh, we all decided that what we needed was to stay put and enjoy all the amenities this home has to offer. It really is lovely. I would highly recommend this property and would book it again.

Our family of 9 spent a week at Tierra Perciosa on our annual family get together. What a great, place to spend a week. The expansive interior, unique and interesting furniture and well appointed kitchen were only outdone by the outside spaces. The pool, sauna and hot tub were used everyday and were a great plus. But, the mountain views and outside dining were really a highlight for our family. Just a wonderful, clean and well appointed rental in a most interesting and fun town - Santa Fe! we'll be back.

This home was by far the most amazing place we have stayed. The beds were very comfortable and the entire place was clean & welcoming. We have traveled as a group extensively across the United States & this was our favorite trip. The hikes were so challenging, we hiked Deception Peak & Wheeler Peak. We decided to not take our third hike because we needed a break. Its a short drive to Los Alamos & Bandolier which we highly recommend, especially the Bradbury Museum & Oppenheimer house. Our hosts were very helpful & kind. The amenities were wonderful, the kitchen was the best we’ve experienced in a rental. We enjoyed 3 full 3 course meals, cooking in. It was hard to actually leave for our excursions because we wanted to stay by the pool, sauna & hot tub. We would all stay here again & hope to in the future. Thank you!!

Many thanks for a memorable family reunion. The house is huge and laid out in away that gives everyone space. It's truly a resort-like property with the kind of attention to detail that instantly makes people feel at home. The kitchen is well-stocked, the robes were pure luxury and there was even a deck of cards when we needed one! We started every morning in the soaker tub and finished every night eating dinner outside under the pergola. The kids loved the chickens, too! :-) Blake was so helpful before and during our stay. We are so grateful!
