There is a shared bricked courtyard with two fountains. You are 1,000 yards from the historic Santa Fe plaza (a 10-minute walk) - with a constant menu of free events/performances/fiestas. You can to walk to almost everything that makes Santa Fe the City Different. We are passionate about promoting locally owned business, and events. This property is excellent for walking around downtown Santa Fe. The king size bed and open living area and kitchen make for a comfortable stay. I also loved all the outdoor space in the shared courtyard

Walking score gets a 10! The plaza, historic landmarks, art galleries, and boutiques just blocks away. This cozy casita is tastefully decorated with Southwestern touches - a truly charming guest house. Hosts! House! Location!

This is the place you’re looking for if you want:…convivial hosts who clearly love meeting new people and sharing insights into the delights of Sante Fe…a beautifully restored casita in an historic house with all mod cons and off street parking…a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of the Plaza, Canyon Rd and the Railyard.We had a wonderful 4 day stay with Brett and Kirsten. Our only regret ? That we couldn’t stay longer. Sante Fe has so much to offer and this is the perfect base.
