There is a shared bricked courtyard with two fountains. You are 1,000 yards from the historic Santa Fe plaza (a 10-minute walk) - with a constant menu of free events/performances/fiestas. We enjoyed our stay at the Brett's lovely casita. Very easy location to get to the downtown area. Brett was super accommodating and we enjoyed our stay.

Walking score gets a 10! The plaza, historic landmarks, art galleries, and boutiques just blocks away. This cozy casita is tastefully decorated with Southwestern touches - a truly charming guest house. The hosts are more than happy to give suggestions for restaurants and galleries- super friendly and courteous. We hope to return!
