"La atención fue de 10. Jenifer estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y de que no faltara de nada. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones y se puede ir con niños sin problema. Además estaba muy limpio. Estuvimos unos días en los que hacía bastante frío y costó un poquito que el apartamento cogiera temperatura pero luego estuvimos muy bien. A 10-15 minutos de Granadas en coche y con supermercados cerca. Muy recomendable!. "

The advert is cleverly worded and photographed to give the impression there is a usable balcony, with a city view. There isn’t, it’s the bottom of an internal light well complete with washing machine and water dripping from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above leaving a damp drains odour. "We paid parking fee in advance, but couldn’t reach the parking spot by following the instructions as there are police officers stopping you to drive towards the parking spot on a street only authorized bus/taxi can be allowed, I showed our reservation and the email/instruction to the officer but it didn’t work. We have to park a 40 minutes walk away and it took us 3 hours to finally check in after we arrived the town as you can’t communicate with the host if you don’t speak Spanish. Please...

"Our stay with Bibo Suites couldn't have been nicer. The people were warm and welcoming. There was a misunderstanding on our part about the availability of cutlery items. We misinterpreted the labeling. When the issue was addressed via text/email, the staff was quick to make SURE that we had what we needed. Our location was right next to the cathedral. It was PERFECT for us so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We totally enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Bibo Suites!"
