"The villa is in a lovely location with stunning views across Tuscan countryside and mountains. Some great sunsets while barbecuing in the evening. It was very comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was great and essential during a very hot August. It was smaller than we expected, fine for the two of us but would have been quite crowded with 4 or 6. The swimming pool was lovely but was shared with more villas than we had expected, not a problem in the morning or late evening but...

"The house was amazing, we had the entire top floor of the house, which had large bedrooms, common area and kitchen. The entire place was very nice and was quiet, which made it easy to relax and end a nice holiday. The pool area is share with other renters in the area, but was not an issue during our stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"First of all a tip of the hat to Tommaso, our host. He is really on the ball, you ask him something and almost immediately he responds or drops by to see what's up. The Villa Nerino has 5 bedrooms, each with a very nicely appointed bath. I recommended to him that he install safety bars in the baths (I am disabled). "We were blown away by the lovely views over the Tuscan hills from the fabulous pool area. The house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped with new and modern appliances. We wanted a few relaxing days in a busy schedule and it was a perfect place. To have lovely Volterra on our doorstep made the location extra special. Not only for the historical and architectural highlights but the restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops. No ensuite and air con for the master bedroom was a shame. ...

You need two days to just discover and appreciate the way Antonio and Silvia decorated the place. "Roberta was amazing. Villa was spotless and we appreciated all the little touches she provided. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the pizza oven was so much fun. Pool was perfect temperature and amazing sunsets with a cocktail finished a perfect evening. Easy to walk or drive to town. "
