"We really enjoyed our stay here - it's a beautiful setting high up in the hills. I would recommend having a car, however, as we had to walk a fair bit to get to any shops or restaurants (besides the lovely pizzeria by the apartments, which wasn't always open). Lovely pool! Spacious apartment, but it wasn't cleaned once during our 5 days there. Kitchenette but limited utensils (e.g. no bowls, no cups). Besides this it was a lovely place which we enjoyed staying in at the start of our holiday"

"Talé was a sanctuary for us!! Spectacular views and so peaceful! We absolutely loved our stay here, probably our most memorable stay during our 2.5 week vacation in Sicily. The only slight issue we had was that we were looking forward to having dinner in their restaurant, where much of the food cooked would come from the farm itself, but they stop opening in the evenings from 20th October until April - we arrived 22nd October! Shame, and it would have been useful if this was advertised - they do still provide lunches at weekends though, in the off-season."

"This property was pretty much what we expected. It was very difficult to find, though, as both Apple Maps and Google Maps have imprecise locations. Also, the signage for the hotel does not match the name on Expedia. Look for PowerGym, and you will find it much easier. Staff was very helpful and accommodating."

"This hotel offers all the benefits of a private villa yet the perks of a five-star hotel. It will soon have a Relais et Chateau boutique rating we are sure! Its location near Taormina yet higher up in the mountains means that you are very near many of the must sees of Sicily and learn a lot about the unique geology and history of the area. "I spent couple of days at this hotel and at the time was happy with the hotel and location was ideal for what we wanted to use it for. I booked through Expedia and on check out I said the hotel should be pad for already, the receptionist said no the money held s only for security and I need to pay. When I went to pay the receptionist tried to charge me 20 euros more then agreed but I didn't notice and put my chip and pin in and paid. He then apologised and gave me back 20 Euros in cash. "Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das liebevolle Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Rezeptionistin konnte gut Deutsch und konnte mit vielen tollen Tipps weiterhelfen. Die Zimmer wurden nur einmal pro Woche gereinigt, aber auch das Zimmerpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns vorsorglich sehr ausreichend mit Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten und anderem versorgt. Wir waren zur Nebensaison (Anfang Mai) im Hotel und leider war der hoteleigene Pool nicht gefüllt und somit unbenutzbar....

"Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff certainly helpful and pleasant. The hotel is next to a railway track so the noise of the trains can be heard from around 6am till midnight. Also the door system is quite complicated. Wifi was only available near the reception so that was frustrating. Overall it was fine."

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."
