"Das Haus sieht einladend aus und liegt nicht schlecht, knapp 200 Meter vom Meer, mit Meerblick, ABER: der Baustandard lässt zu wünschen übrig. Während unseres Aufenthaltes blies ein sehr starker, kalter Wind vom Meer und es wurde recht schnell kalt im Haus, teilweise gab es Luftzug durch die Fenster im ersten Stock und der Lärm durch den Sturm war besorgniseregend. Die vorhandenen elektrischen Heizgeräte funktionieren zwar, aber der Einsatz mehrerer Geräte gleichzeitig in verschieden Räumen...

"Pros: All restaurants in area were very good. Also, very friendly people. Cons: Before booking we asked in advance about air conditioners and answer was that in every room they have these. But still in one room air conditioning did not work. This was very unpleasant surprise, because temperature was +30 and more for whole week."

"Die Übergabe lief problemlos und die Lage des Hauses ist super; ruhig am Waldrand und mit Meerblick. Das ältere Haus ist sehr charmant und der Garten lauschig. ? Allerdings ist hier noch einiges an Luft nach oben was die Einrichtung betrifft. So könnte man z. B. die Badarmaturen mal erneuern und vor allem die Betten und Matratzen, welche uralt sind und für andauernde Rückenschmerzen sorgten. ? Ferner hatten wir uns das Haus auch wegen dem Pool ausgesucht, doch erst bei Ankunft und auf Nachfrage...

"Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt, ein fabelhafter Ausblick auf die Naturlandschaft und das Meer. Sehr ruhig, allerdings waren wir im Dezember/Januar dort. Im Ort gibt es drei Supermärkte und verschiedene Bars/Restaurants. Der 10 Min entfernte Ort Can Picafort bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Unterhaltung etc. Die Ausstattung von Es Mirador lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden, die Betten sehr bequem, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, gemütlich, hell und charmant eingerichtet. "Pros: Great little house done up to a very high standard. All facilities you could need provided in the property and amenities in walking distance. The host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend if you are happy/able to stay out with the main town/tourist spots and use public transport/car as well worth it."

"The villa exceeded all our expectations. Everything was provided and beds were very comfortable. 6 adults and 3 children stayed and there was so much room to use. Outside area was spacious with plenty of seats and tables. Lots of shade to relax in and the pool was just perfect. The nearest supermarket was only a short walk away and the beach was 5 - 10 min gentle stroll. We couldn't have asked for anywhere more perfect to stay."
