"We loved this property close to the beach, clean and very positive that it had travel cot for a baby and high chair for baby. The only negative site is that is really hard to find parking space but other than that all was great 👍 ❤️ 100% recommend ❤️ if we come back to Mallorca in the future we will look forward to rent this property again ❤️"

"Vorweg: Nö, zu diesem Preis und das in der Nebensaison, würde ich die Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen…Also zum „Abends gemütlich zusammensitzen“ ist diese Wohnung wirklich null geeignet!! Überall sind fürchterliche Deckenspots mit kaltweißem Licht verbaut, selbst der Deckenfluter ist mit einem kaltweißem Leuchtmittel ausgestattet. Die Lage ist aber wirklich einmalig…Die Betten sind bequem, zum zudecken gab es ein großes Bettlaken und zwei Bettdecken, diese hatten aber keine Bezüge und waren somit...

"A great villa in Can Picafort- we stayed with family at the villa and the place was amazingly beautiful. The pictures don’t do the reality justice (the place is even better in person!). The area is not so touristy (more of a quiet and residential location) but it’s still only a few minutes walk from the local beach, a major supermarket and various restaurants. I recommend hiring a car as there’s a lot to see and do but without a car can cost a lot on logistics with taxis etc. A great host...

"Check in via key box works great. Appartment is neat and simple but well equipped. Oven didnt work. Neighbors are friendly but own singing Birds. Spaceous terrace! Supermarket and restaurants close by. Nice beach walks possible."

"Recently stayed here (2 adults and 2 kids under 9yo) we was pleasantly surprised & impressed with this lovely villa and owner Markus. Communication, check in and all other elements was a breeze and Markus lives nearby should u ever need. Location was lovely and peaceful, good amenities on your doorstep, such as 2 lovely supermarkets and a fantastic cafe serving amazing coffee, breakfast and lunch... both within 2mins walk. Note locationwise you are set back from beach front and main area but...

"Pros: Villa was very convenient to shops and restaurants. Pool was good as were outdoor facilities ie plenty of places to sit or sunbathe. Table tennis table was an excellent addition as were inflatables and towels provided for pool area. Host was lovely, very accommodating. As our flight arrived early we were able to have an early check in which was great. Cons: Air conditioning in bedrooms (except small bedroom) was great but the lack of it in main areas of house ie lounge and kitchen areas...
