"I had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of variety. Loved the nightly entertainment at the bar. Room had a kitchenette and was clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the mattress felt poor quality and sunk in significantly. Aside from this, everything else was excellent. "

"This was an amazing beach front hotel. It was very well run and offered full and half board, massages, spa treatments, outdoor pools, including a heated one, and lots of other things. It was right across the street from a bicycle rental shop, which I used. I would love to stay there again. "

"We stayed in a 3 bed house which was clean, well maintained and had 3 lovely terraces including one with seaviews. We had the 1/2 board option and were disappointed with both the quality and variety of food on offer, particularly at the evening buffet. The dining room was poorly organised and chaotic which didn't make for a pleasant dining experience. Swimming pool area was very pleasant with both shaded and sunny spots and with lovely sea views. Lifeguard was on site but not attentive at...

"Great accommodation and location. Let down by poor communication by the administrative staff. Our requests for an iron and an electric fan were met with indifference. Never got that help. In addition, being charged for a key safe for valuables was a new experience. It is normally an integral part of the service. Never been charged for that until now. However, all-in-all we considered that the apartment was a real gem with all good facilities including the swimming pool."

"This is our 5th stay here. We usually use the restaurant pool below the hotel but it looks to be shut down. The water pressure was poor and the WiFi was very slow and inconsistent "

"Fantastic stay and right on the beach. Rooms were cleaned daily and the service was excellent. We missed breakfast some mornings because the black out blinds worked to well and had a proper sleep in most mornings. "

"A friendly place with helpful staff. Well located near to the beach and the main center of Alcudia. My main dislike (and not a big deal for me) is that the wall are a bit thin, A light sleeper might get disturbed by their neighbors."

"We had a ground floor room with a tub and garden which was lovely. Beds were comfy, housekeeping was good and cleaned every day. Everything we needed in the room with a supermarket opposite. Breakfast was nice but we didn't enjoy the evening meal at all and all struggled to choose something, we were half board but didnt go back in after night 3 which was a pain as very little choice of restaurants nearby (2), lucky we had a car. "Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in this lovely , small complex. The check in was easy and communication to make requests was also easy. Nothing was too much bother. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and very clean with daily service if required. Really close to local amenities and the beach but in a quiet location. It felt safe. The pool area was also well looked after and usually very quiet. A lovely escape to find a shady spot in the afternoon. "

"We had a lovely stay here. It's great for young families as the pool is excellent for children, and the restaurant is very convenient. The apartment was very clean, air-conditioned, and good value. There was a fridge and small kitchen, living room, TV and terrace, which made it more relaxed than just a hotel room. The staff were super helpful and friendly. A few negatives: they seem a bit short staffed at busy times, be careful of mosquitos getting into the apartment at night. Location is good...
