We had exactly the same issue this time as we did on our previous visit two years ago - and we are most disappointed that they had not addressed the problem in the interim! "Lovely large room with a separate lounge area and balcony. Room was serviced daily and the property was clean throughout. Only minor issue was with the WiFi which was very slow and intermittent. Property is well located for main area of bars,restaurants and just one row back from the promenade. Welcome drink was appreciated."
