"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"We stayed at this villa 2 years ago so thought it would be lovely to come back as we knew the location and size of the property. The villa has great space and lovely outdoor areas. Unfortunately since we were lat hear it looks as if nothing has been changed. Most of the furniture is in need of replacing and the kitchen and bathrooms could really do with updating. We were hoping that a few of these things would have been done since last time. Still a great holiday..."
