Für den Check In ist die Besitzerin sogar persönlich erschienen. Das Apartment war sauber und ich durfte sogar länger drin bleiben als ausgeschrieben. Check Out kontaktlos. Alles in allem für mich im Dezember eine super Unterkunft.

Top! Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe von 20 Leuten dort und waren auf fünf 4er Apartments verteilt. Es hat uns allen gut gefallen. Der Check-In hat super schnell geklappt und war total einfach. Zuerst haben wir für jedes Zimmer nur einen Schlüssel erhalten. Auf Nachfrage wurde sofort ein zweiter Schlüssel ausgehändigt. Die Zimmer sind komplett renoviert. Die Betten sind gut. Der Poolbereich wurde vom Personal sauber gehalten und jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Rezeption ist im gegenüberliegenden Hostal Alcina zu finden. Als die Rezeption einmal nicht besetzt war, konnte uns direkt an der Bar des Restaurants weitergeholfen werden. Es ist also immer jemand vor Ort. Die Lage ist top. Zur Cala Agulla nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ins Zentrum ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten. Das besondere ist der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter. Wer Ansprüche an ein 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel hat, sollte hier nicht buchen. PREIS-LEISTUNG TOP! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder! Danke Nico & Co.

Das Apartment war bei der Übergabe sehr dreckig, vorallem der Boden. In den Badezimmern war Rost und Schimmel. Innerhalb der 10 Tage wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, auf Nachfrage wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt, die Reinigung bliebt trotzdem aus. Größe des Apartments und des Balkons waren gut. Insgesamt aber nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Esperienza meravigliosa .

Il bello dell'appartamento sicuramente Nico e Fabio che ci hanno accolto benissimo; Fabio ci ha mostrato le spiaggie, i vari percorsi da eseguire per arrivarci e i ristoranti dove andare a mangiare. Spiagge, che dire: spettacolari, purtroppo durante il periodo in cui ci siamo stati c'erano un po' di meduse, ma per il resto tutto bellissimo. Consigliato sicuramente. L'unica pecca dell'appartamento sono sicuramente i tedeschi, purtroppo fanno quello che vogliono.

Wir hatten ein Appartement für 4 Personen. Wir 2 große Schlafzimmer mit 2 Bädern. Es war sauber und in der eigenen Küche konnte man sich morgens schnell einen Kaffee machen. Absolut geeignet für Partyleute. Für Familien eher ungeeignet. Frühstück kann man vergessen, ha aber überall die Möglichkeit gut und günstig Frühstücken zu gehen.

Übernachtungen in einem geschlossenen Hotel?

Das sogenannte Zimmer kann man in den Monaten außerhalb der Saison eigentlich nicht vermieten. Wir waren Mitte Dezember 2016 in diesem eigentlich geschlossenen(!) Hotel. Demnach mußte man schon ein ein anderes Haus zum einchecken, die Heizung funktionierte nicht, es floß kein Wasser und auch der Fernseher war nicht funktionstüchtig. Hierfür die Nacht (ohne Frühstück) 80,- € zu verlangen ist schon sehr mutig und funktioniert eigentlich nur, wenn man via Internet bucht und sich auf Fotos und Beschreibungen der Homepage verläßt. Ne, auch nicht nochmal, wenns wärmer wird.

Der Aufenthalt auf Cala Ratjada war schön. Das Apartment La Perla Negra ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Von Hygiene und Sauberkeit keine Spur. Gesamtnote 5

About the La Perla Negra (LPN)... it´s NOT a 3-star hotel. At leat not more than 2-star. LPN is a part of Hostel Alcina, about 100meters walk from LPN where the reception, check in/out is and the wifi. The staff in Hotel Alcina is not very service minded. LPN have basic spacy apartments. Nice with two bathrooms connected to the bedrooms. The pool area is very nice opened 11:00-20:00, also with a childrenspool. nice balconys towards the poolarea Unfortunatly during our stay we hade groups of young german boys drinking hardcore. And... the hotel is old and a lot of things has been broken and repaired badly. we had three chairs at our balcony, and three of them were broken. we were missing some kitchen equipment, like a breadknife and a winebottle opener. Cleaning was quite bad and only mondays and fridays. There are no aircondition, but a fan can be borrowed at Alcina.

Schlimmstes Urlaubserlebnis aller Zeiten

In Vorfreude buchten wir ein 43qm Apartment. Angekommen war angeblich unsere Reservierung nicht bekannt. Man gab uns allerdings zu dritt ein ca. 22qm Zimmer (inkl. Bad und Mini-Balkon). Das Hotel ist allgemein in einem stark renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Alles ist stark verdreckt und sehr alt. Im sehr chlorhaltigen Pool kann man sich nicht nur sonnen. Nein, man muss sich dort sonnen, da Sonnenschirme nicht vorhanden sind. Zudem ist es am Pool sehr laut und es scheint ein öffentlicher Pool für Einheimische sein. Hier ist am Nachmittag sehr, sehr viel los. Die Rezeption liegt ca. 200 Meter entfernt in einem Restaurant. Wie andere bereits beschrieben, muss man dort lange warten. Am Tag unserer Abreise warteten wir ca. 20 Minuten bis sich Personal blocken ließ. Essen kann man in dem Restaurant. Das haben wir nicht gemacht, nach Rücksprache mit anderen Gästen ist das Essen nicht so gut. Nun das aller Schlimmste!!! Das Hotel hat von uns einen Personalausweis verloren!!! Erst wurden wir angelogen, dass der Personalausweis bei einer Kollegin in Palma sei, später gab man zu den Ausweis einem anderen Touristen ausgehändigt zu haben. In Folge dessen waren wir zwei Urlaubstage ausschließlich damit beschäftigt zwischen spanischen Polizeistationen und der deutschen Botschaft in Palma zu pendeln. Zudem wurde für viele Euro nach Deutschland telefoniert. Ich lege hiermit jedem ans Herz, dieses Hotel zu meiden. Maximal als Kurzpartyurlaub geeignet. Dann aber den Personalausweis nicht abgebe

Ungdomshotel

Cala Radjada er en dejlig by, specielt for ungdommen. Der var på hotellet mange unge tyskere. Ikke det store problem, de tyske unge var meget imødekommende når der blev bedt om ro. Selvfølgelig skal man kunne acceptere ungdommen for at bo på hotellet. Desværre var der ikke Aircondition, hvilket ikke er helt så rart når der var omkring 38-40 grader. Taget i betragtning at det er et 1 stjernes hotel er det et meget godt sted. Vi ville ikke vælge hotellet en anden gang, grundet manglende Aircondition.

Im Herbst ist das Apartment preisgünstig. Die Rezeption ist in einem anderen Hotel um die Ecke. Der Service nicht so gut. So wurden nicht funktionierende Steckdosen für Fernseher und Lampe in zwei Tagen nicht repariert. Als Ausgangspunkt für zwei Wanderungen ok.
