"Great location, very nice and clean units, and great communication from staff. However, when they warn that it is in a noisy location, they mean it. Right over and across from extremely boisterous bars with lots of loud drunks. We were ok with it, but if you need silence to get a good nights sleep this probably isn’t the place for you."

"This property was simply gorgeous. The space was perfect and very roomy & comfortable for our family. We loved the fireplace and daybed. Parking was a breeze with the reserved spaces under the unit. Plenty of trash bags & paper towels. Coffee included! Bring your own soaps & shampoos though. Key pad door lock was challenging for us, but we worked it out with the property manager. "Easy reservation and check in. The water view and sound of the breaking waves was just delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were modern and well stocked. Decor was cute and ‘beachy’. Excellent Miele brand washer and dryer. The only thing we wished is that the couch and beds could have been more comfortable. Downstairs bed is very hard. Couch kind of ‘bottoms’ out. "We came down for my husband’s reunion weekend at Cal Poly with my parents and our 10-week-old infant. My parents stayed in the casita and we set up the smaller bedroom as our nursery, which gave everyone plenty of privacy and room. The home is clean and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and the TV is a smart TV, so you can throw shows up on the tv from your phone or tablet.
