"The staff is phenomenal! Location is great literally right next to everything you need five minutes away from Pismo Beach pier I cannot say enough good things about this property and our stay. I have three little boys and it was really really nice."

"While there isn't much in the way of 'personality' in this hotel, it is very clean, comfortable and offers a super breakfast. The pool is very small but kids will still have fun there. Staff is friendly but you really don't interact much with staff outside the breakfast room. Strange things: our towels were replaced but the coffee and cups were not replenished. Had enough but just a little strange. Beds were made daily. Very comfy quiet place and convenient parking, great location. Dog friendly, if you have dogs."

"Great location and friendly staff. We could walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Bathrooms need an update, ours had broken and cracked baseboards and a floor tile in front of sink that was loose. Bathtub was old, shower curtain was tattered. The bed was comfy, we had a great view of the ocean from our room."
