This fully Solar Powered upper level casa offers 360 degree ocean and mountains views. Set back on the hill above La Punta, CasaNuez2 offers tranquility while being just a short 7-12 minute drive from restaurants, beaches, surf etc.

Wake up to the sun cresting the mountains, chirping birds and magical ocean views from the living space. Sip your cocktail on the hammock while watching the sun dip into the distance, soak up some sunshine on the loungers, take a dip in the pool, an outdoor shower after a surf or work from the space with our STARLINK internet.
Our air open living space is luxuriously decorated with handmade wood furniture, ambient lighting, and all the necessary things you need to enjoy your stay. A wonderful cross breeze and fans keep the space cool.
During rain season, our large screens give you both shelter and privacy from the rain and surroundings.
Our lockable bedrooms have large windows and ample light. Fall asleep while enjoying the breeze with the fan and netted windows. While A/C is available in the bedrooms, it is run on solar and therefore cannot be run throughout the night. The house is beautifully designed to make sure of natural airflow, so the rooms remain cool and fresh while you're sleeping.
You will have access to the Lower Level of the Casa only. Pool area is communal and for the use of everyone on property. Upper Level guests will be allowed access to the pool between 10am-2pm. Lower level guests reserve the right to privacy before and after this time. The pool is located in close proximity to the open plan living area of the lower Villa. If you feel uncomfortable with this, we do not recommend this space. Upper Level Guests are prohibited from accessing your living space. We have large shades that can be used for privacy.

Located on the hill above La Punta, this beautiful undeveloped area is relatively tranquil and quiet. Perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind away from the loud crowds, but still have quick and east access to all the amenities and tourist elements Puerto Escondido has to offer.
You will need transportation to get to and from the house. We recommend a scooter, ATV or car. There is also a local Collectivo that can drop you off about 10 min walk from the Casa. Please keep in mind that wet season makes the roads in the area muddy. After wet season, the roads are often rutty. Please keep this in consideration when booking.
Lower level- the lower level casa is booked separately and NOT for use by the second floor renters.
Due to the ever evolving growth in Puerto Escondido, we cannot control construction in surrounding areas and possible noise. Our home offers a tranquil space and privacy within the limits of what we can control. If you have any questions about construction,. please feel free to reach out.
Please keep in mind that CasaNuez2 is an indoor outdoor space. That means bugs, spiders, geckos, scorpions and like animals. We love them and they add to the beauty of what we have here at the Casa- A natural space with elevated luxury. Please also note that depending on the season, you will be exposed to elements if you do not adhere to the CNuez guidelines we provide for you to enjoy a comfortable stay.
