"It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids. "

"Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice. "

"The hotel apartment is very spacious and close to water bus line #1 Academia stop which makes commute to and from Venezia San Lucia train station a breeze. The apartment is like the photos and within 15 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge or Saint Mark’s Square. We will definitely stay at San Vino Palace Luxury Apartment again. "

"We had a great stay, the apartment is spacious and clean and the washer worked very well! The location is perfect with a quick walk to the Rialto bridge, Piazza San Marco and the Accademia Museum. Chiara was in regular contact and met us when we got off the water taxi to walk us to the apartment. Just a heads up that the apartment is on the 3rd floor if you have trouble with stairs."

"This apartment is in a quieter section of the city but well within walking distance of the major tourist destinations. The perfect size for our party of 4. Would stay here again and would spend less time on tours and more time exploring the shops and restaurants of the Dorsoduro area. Fun nightlife and lots to explore."

"This apartment was so well stocked with kitchen ware! I loved the many purple utensils and the cow print refrigerator!! The location was also perfect! I even loved taking the garbage out to the trash collectors, they were SO nice! We also appreciated the host turning on the AC for us. It was warm, and we could not open the windows because of mosquitos. We would have preferred opening the windows to sleep, but you can't avoid nature!"

"The location is perfect. It is minutes from Rialto Mercato and the water taxis. At the end of a street is wax quiet and peaceful at night. The staff went out of their way to help us. My husband and I got sick and they found us an excellent English speaking doctor for which we were grateful. We want to return and stay again!"

"Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"
