Breakfast was a self service simple affair but more than adequate . Host was there and helpful with bus information for our car rental . "When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. My kids were left crying for hours on arrival and then in the morning because of this. I also requested for the checkout a little late which was declined and not even 30min were...

"The checkin process was super easy. They sent a a step by step instruction guide complete with pictures and a video - zero guessing needed. That also included exactly how to get into Venice using the bus - and they gave the bus schedule. Very seamless.
