Great location on the waterway and only a few minutes' walk from the Piazzale Roma where the buses and taxis drop off and pick up. A nice breakfast was also included.

Though this site is old, it's very convenient to the train which is great when you're dragging your suitcase around. Walking to see the sites is easy. Breakfast included which is fantastic.

Property was clean & positioned well. Breakfast was basic but Ok. Staff were helpful & aircon worked well. Shower was fantastic!! TV & fridge would have been helpful. Our main complaint is that we were told the elevator was broken so carried our bags up 2 flights only to be told when we were leaving they were working!!!!

This property is a great choice for a stay. Close to the bus, ferry, rail and a parking garage as well. The accommodations were good and the staff was good as well. They use old school keys and want you to turn them in whenever you leave the property. The breakfast was a good addition yo the stay.

Great location near to the shuttle buses and some water taxi stops. Staff were helpful, room was basic but clean. Shower worked well - no issues with it running cold like I’ve had in other hotels! Continental breakfast buffet was simple but plenty to choose from. Would stay there again if I went back to Venice.

The elevator is ONLY for Luggage and was broken when we arrived. They did fix it by the second day. This hotel is a 15+ minute walk from the Venice train station (with luggage). The bridge over the main canal from the train station has only steps (no ramps) so you're either carrying your luggage up and down about 100+ steps or just slowly banging the wheels up and down them. Or you can pay a 'porter' an unknow amount of money to transport your luggage (we didn't let them). Most other bridges in Venice have a choice of ramps/steps. It is right by a canal that has the 'Roma' water-bus stop 'B' which is very convenient for getting to other areas of Venice. The included breakfast was second best we had in Italy and included hard boiled eggs and slices of meat, several pastries/croissants/breads, juices, a good coffee/cappuccino/espresso maker. The bathroom was large, the shower was medium, the water hot enough but the water pressure nominal. The bed was comfortable but headboard squeaky if you leaned against it. Our view was a parking garage and some tile rooftops, not any canal view.

Staff was friendly and helped us with every need. Breakfast was very good with a large assortment of protein and sweets. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars was elevator was close for repairs and my husband is handicapped and struggled with all the flights.

Kind of disappointed of this hotel, not tv, not elevator for people just for luggage, old folk must use stairs, bad idea. Poor location in the room for wall plugs to connect devices. Bed headboard extremely noisy although they gave us another room. We expected something better for the prize we paid. Staff is excellent, friendly.
