This is a relatively small hotel, more of a B&B type, in a great central location. Room was great, served breakfast, small gym and a spa area. What stood out were the people, amazing customer service.

Great place to explore the city. The hotel is on the square where is the cathedral. Excellent service and very nice people. If you travel by car, get in touch with the hotel about directions to the parking. I enjoyed my visit very much and highly recommend the hotel.

Breakfast was a superb buffet! The staff was all very helpful! The location near the train station was perfect for us. The center is an easy walk. Cafe Vero was close and excellent. We ate there twice. The hotel staff recommended Pavanna for dinner and it was excellent as well. Our room was perfect. The lobby is charming. We stayed four nights and will definately come again!

Hotel Casa del Pellegrino was wonderful. No frills, but super clean and accommodating. I was super comfortable and felt safe and secure. Perfect location if you are looking to visit the Basilica. Parking available for 12$ euro a day as of September-October 2022. Staff are super friendly and accommodating- called for a taxi for us a few times and their system is quick and efficient. The entire staff! The floor staff always make sure that your is clean.

Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

We read all the reviews and were so surprised at how much better than any of the reviews this hotel is. It is clean, located in a great spot, the service was amazing and our favorite breakfast of all time was at this hotel. It is very close to the airport and even closer to the cruiseport. Loved the staff and the view of the canal. So convenient to piazzale Roma and st Lucia. The breakfast offered by the hotel is exceptional and so affordable. You won’t regret staying here:)

We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!

It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!

Close to Mestre station. Great, responsive staff. It was mentally, physically, and emotionally challenging when I lost my luggage and had to spend extra money and wasted my time. It rained during my entire stay, and trains were delayed due to national strike. I was in a hurry and left my phone before I checked out. I panicked. But the staff, especially Olesea's hospitality, kindness, ans quick response was a great comfort for me. I can't thank the staff enough. Thanks for being my great memory...

Rooms were small but lovely. Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. All staff were very pleasant. Reception staff were terrific! Very convenient location and very reasonably priced.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only thing to keep in mind- it’s right on a canal which is great for travel but boats are going early in the morning and can be a bit loud. Didn’t diminish my stay though!

This was an incredible hotel and right in the center of everything right at the landmark bridge.
