This is a relatively small hotel, more of a B&B type, in a great central location. Room was great, served breakfast, small gym and a spa area. What stood out were the people, amazing customer service.

The entire staff! The floor staff always make sure that your is clean.

Breakfast was a superb buffet! The staff was all very helpful! The location near the train station was perfect for us. The center is an easy walk. Cafe Vero was close and excellent. We ate there twice. The hotel staff recommended Pavanna for dinner and it was excellent as well. Our room was perfect. The lobby is charming. We stayed four nights and will definately come again!

Great place to explore the city. The hotel is on the square where is the cathedral. Excellent service and very nice people. If you travel by car, get in touch with the hotel about directions to the parking. I enjoyed my visit very much and highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel Casa del Pellegrino was wonderful. No frills, but super clean and accommodating. I was super comfortable and felt safe and secure. Perfect location if you are looking to visit the Basilica. We were upgraded to a larger room, which was very nice and comfortable. All the amenities were in good order, and the staff was great, particularly with restaurant recommendations. We'd happily come back!

The hotel was located in a great location, central to a lot of dining and shopping options. It was a quick boat taxi from the train station or a 20-25 minute walk. The room was very clean and slept well. The hotel is connected to their cafe which is convenient for quick bites and cafe

It was very easy to get to the property by waterbus taxi. The waterbus taxi stand is just several feet away. The room and bathroom was beautiful and spacious; with a canal view!! The staff was very nice and professional!

Everything was amazing, we only stayed there for one night but it was totally worth it. The hotel is amazing, modern yet themed as antique, room was beyond amazing, breakfast exceeded our expectations, and hotel staff were amazing special thanks to Alessandra at the reception who was very nice to help us with everything we needed!! The property is new so for sure it looked great. I booked it because it is a very short walk to the Mestre Venice train station. It was easy to get to the canals, and I didn't have to pay crazy high prices. Also, I feel much more comfortable in modern clean settings. Beautiful older hotel perfect fit for Venice. Very clean and timeless hotel. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Right in the shopping area of Venice and close walk to St.Marks Square.
