"We had a lovely stay here. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Room small but comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Location was very good. Please be aware there is no lift and a lot of stairs to the rooms which maybe a problem if you have reduced mobility. "

"Quaint, very Venetian and in a canal. Highly recommend a stay here. It’s the quiet part of Venice but still has shops and restaurants. Walking to the Grand Canal where you can pick up a water taxi is about 5 minutes. Hosts are very kind too."

While I was staying here with my family there was a water leak from the bathroom when I first arrived, we told the owners to fix the leak in the bathroom. But that did not happen as when we got back after being in the city the leak was still there. While we were sleeping the leak spilled into our room and all our belongings were damaged from the water leak. The bathroom wasn't even in the room it was in the hallway. After I called the host...

"Property itself is fine! Nicely decorated room and halls with vintage furniture; closed in outdoor space to sit and rest. However, I wasn't impressed by the communication by the property and it was rather hard to find the hotel. Every other place we stayed in contacted us prior to our arrival and sent detailed info to find the place; not this one! No answer to phone calls. Contactless check in/no lobby, if it's your thing. You need to read a 15 page booklet (not kidding), to figure everything...
