"The location of this hotel is very good for exploring Venice. There is a water-bus stop only about 5 minutes from the hotel, so getting into and out of Venice itself was very easy. It is a brand new building and as such, parking is tricky as there is no signage of where to park (it is underground) and there is no signage for the elevators, so it is trial and error finding the right doors! We stayed 2 nights and compared to some of the pricier options, I feel that this was a good value for what we needed it for."

"Very clean and comfortable room, great location of hotel. The only complaint was that the hotel stated that it had elevators, and we had a first floor room, but there was not an elevator from the lobby. We had to climb a steep staircase (20 steps) to reach the first floor!"

"Check in was smooth and welcoming. Great accommodations with a great buffet breakfast included, that was fully loaded with all you’ll need. We were within walking distance to good restaurants, shopping and transportation. This was a plus because we didn’t plan to rent a car and we would be riding the train through Italy. The room was small but cozy as it seems to be with most local hotels in Italy. I highly suggest booking a suite with a balcony! The hotel ambiance was dark but warm, with a classic Italian feel. The one elevator is compact, only accommodating 2-3 persons depending on individual built and luggage. Would definitely book a return stay. We really liked the amenities, cleanliness and convenience provided for our first introduction to Italy from another country."

"Great location, reasonable breakfast, friendly staff and large rooms however run down facilities, chipping paint, a/c not sufficiently cooling (warm rooms), broken fixtures, outdated tacky furnishings (think 80s) … definitely not a 4 star … more like a 2 star … think Days Inn or a shabbier Comfort Inn and nowhere close to a Hampton In or Residence Inn not even a Springfield. Absolutely not worth the money. "

"Overall my experience felt more in line with a four-star property rather than a five-star hotel. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The quality and organisation did not meet expectations, and the atmosphere was far from relaxing. On one occasion, I was seated next to the coffee machine, which produced a constant and rather intrusive noise, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. In addition, children were not always adequately supervised, and some approached the buffet as though it were a school canteen, which further detracted from the overall experience. While the staff were generally kind and courteous, the level of professionalism was inconsistent. The more experienced members of staff provided a noticeably better service, whereas some of the younger employees seemed insufficiently trained and lacked awareness of the standards expected in a hotel of this category."
