It is nice to stay further away from the action so you can experience more of the beautiful city. We strolled along the paths and found all sorts of delightful places to eat and visit. "The hotel is extremely beautiful and completely spotless. The breakfast was superb with so much choice. Shuttles were on time and with plenty room. The hotel is let down by some of the staff who are not super friendly and we didn’t always feel welcomed. The aircon in our room was also broken. We ordered two coffees to our room and had to pay 24 euros for the pleasure. The pool is only open in summer months. "

"Every staff member from the front desk to bar to cleaning staff were super friendly, genuine and approachable. The hotel is in a convenient area in proximity to the dropoff location from the airport and in a less densely populated area for some peaceful time yet close to key attraction areas. "

Conveniently located by the train station, but just enough on a side street that it’s totally quiet. 20 minute-ish walk to the heart of Venice. Water buses within three minutes of the hotel front door. Location cannot be beat. Super friendly staff that made a fantastic room accommodation for me since I had a split reservation. I very much appreciate that. Make sure you book the breakfast because it’s well above average. And having the ability to eat the breakfast in there, lovely courtyard was a bonus. Loads of restaurant options and a delicious gelato shop in the immediate area. And of course you’re walking to the heart of Venice is just restaurant after a restaurant after a restaurant after a restaurant. A+ 10/10. "

We had two patio doors that opened directly onto the Grand Canal, giving us a breathtaking view from sunrise to sunset. It felt like living inside a Venetian dream. Breakfast each morning was delicious and incredibly fresh, the perfect way to start our days of exploring. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the people around the area were just as warm, making the whole experience feel even more special. We loved how close the hotel was to plenty of shops, landmarks, and charming streets to wander through. Everything we wanted to see felt just steps away. We truly can’t wait to go back. This hotel made our Venice trip unforgettable. "
