The staff was excellent. The rooms were old as expected, but lovely. The beach is very rocky so bring shoes. The property is fabulous.

What a great boutique spot. Can walk to nearby restaurants. Directly on the water but bring flip flops or water shoes for the rocks if you aren’t used to it. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. They even booked a taxi for us back to the airport and had breakfast to go ready for us for our early departure.

The property is charming with beautiful seafront views. We were there for just one night prior to leaving for a cruise out of Civitavecchia. We did not spend time on the beach, which is a rock beach, and we walked about 15 minutes into Santa Marinella for dinner; a quaint & quiet beach town. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff overall were friendly & helpful. One night was all we needed. We would choose elsewhere for a longer stay mostly because the property is so small.

The staffs at reception are very nice. Maurizio and Gneo are very helpful especially Maurizio explained in details how to go to Roma Termini to explore Roma. The lady worked in the breakfast area was very nice and the food was very good. Nice hotel.

I would call this hotel a little tired, the bathroom fittings were 'shabby' & although we purposely left the loose toilet seat askew each day it was never repaired. The staff were amazing and the position on the beach perfect, I shall remember soaking up the rays on my sunbed, listening to the waves caressing the shore & the tinkle of the pebbles as the waves retreated for a long time.
