Nice room in a quiet place near the cruise port. There is no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. That being said, the property is clean and nice and upstairs from the local square with restaurants.

Our room 204 had a beautiful view with a wonderful seabreeze. lots of restaurants and bakeries close by. It was clean with good water pressure in the shower. Staff were very nice

Room was clean with a great view of the Mediterranean. The Desk Clerk treated us with the greatest of hospitality. We were here for 2 nights and enjoyed every minute. If I had a constructive comment to make I would suggest a plumber to go through the bathroom fixtures and update them.

The balcony provided a wonderful view and breakfast was basic but very nice. Nicole is the one person that kept everything going and she is just delightful. We would seriously stay at this hotel for more than just one night next time we take a cruise.

Very much enjoyed our 1 night stay at L'Isola! The staff was welcoming & kind. The room was quiet & clean. Shower had god pressure. The morning breakfast was perfect! We also loved the attached restaurant (baked Bass was delicious), and the little cafe across the street. Thank you for the relaxing stay before we started our 17 hour travel back home!

A second visit after many years to this lovely hotel. The staff could not be more welcoming or helpful. Everything is meticulously clean. It’s a quiet corner of Santa Marinella overlooking the castle’s private park and the full breadth of the sea from our room on the second floor (no lift but it’s manageable). It was wonderful to hear the waves breaking on the castle shore first thing in the morning and last thing at night. There are three good restaurants in the square and the towns shops - including nice bars, supermarkets and a superb gelateria - are between the hotel and station. The promenade and the port are 5/10 minutes walk in either direction. It’s the loveliest place to stay in Santa Marinella and only 45/50 minutes out of Rome.
