"Very helpful staff. Our room was very clean and updated with modern fixtures and furniture. Mattress was worn out with high and low spots. Otherwise, pretty decent place close to the airport with great shuttle service."

"The facility was very nice. 2 water bottles for coffee that was provided would have been over the top. Including a microwave. Going down to Bistro for microwave was inconvenient. Also 40 charge for checking in early was ridiculous. Would just prefer no early check in. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. Very busy hotel. Met our needs."

"We chose this hotel for its water front access and it did not disappoint. Valet parking came with a $50 fee but made things easy. Check-in was easy and our room was an ocean view with balcony. Not a very big balcony though with only room for 2 chairs. The hot AC condenser also blows on you out there so it might be uncomfortable during the summer. The room was a typical room with a decent size bathroom and shower. I would call this a mid grade hotel at best. The staff was nice and valets quick. Location to the Pier was worth it. 5 min walk or beach."

"I loved my stay. I just wish they would update their television. You can’t stream. We wanted to watch a nfl game but had to leave the premises to watch elsewhere. I couldn’t even login to an app to watch."

"The hotel was very good for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet and clean. The only thing that could be improved is having an electric kettle in the room, or at least providing free hot water so guests can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while relaxing in their room."
