Welcome to “The Blue Heron”! This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located in Seagrove Beach off Florida's iconic 30A highway. The unit was completely updated in 2019 and meticulously kept since then.
This serene end unit is quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of Point Washington State Forest. Enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening and admire the amazing scenery on the comfy bistro balcony.
Beach is less than a mile away that is walking or biking distance. Three beach access points are nearby with available parking by each entrance. * Walton Dunes Access: 0.7 miles * Eastern Lake Beach Access: 0.9 miles * Deer Lake State Park: 1.2 miles ($3 fee/car and Restrooms)
This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a living room and dining combo with full kitchen. It is on the 3rd floor and No Elevator.
The living room has plenty of seating and a brand new large smart TV with cable and streaming capabilities for your entertainment. Queen therapeutic sofa sleeper is also available for guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked along with many electric countertop appliances and coffee makers (air fryer, indoor grill, toaster, griddle, regular coffee pot, K cup machine). Kitchen dining area and bar can seat 6.
Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, smart TV with cable to stream favorite shows and movies. There is also a desk in front of window with a beautiful view, great for remote work and/or studying! Master bedroom has own private bathroom.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed with smart TV, private access to 2nd bathroom.

Please put back car parking pass in the bowl on the island. Due to high summer tourism cleaning crew requested a load of towels to be put in washing machine and started. Safe travel home!

Lots of things to do nearby and having the bikes makes it easy and fun to get around. You can pedal around to different shops or restaurants or explore different beach accesses. Overall a great spot for the price.
This was a perfect property to stay at for my family. There was activities and stuff to do with in walking distance of the condo.
The condo was well stocked and easy to live in for the week. The owner was pleasant to work with and enjoyed every minute.
This condo was amazing! It was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space for all of us and very clean. The bikes were fun and allowed us to bike to the beach every day.

Came here with a friend and our two teen daughters for a short Spring Break getaway. The condo was perfectly sized and furnished for our group. We loved having the bikes easily available. Old Florida Fish House and the surrounding restaurants/retail are all you could want, with more just a short bike ride away. Love this place and really appreciate Christy's hospitality.
Everything from beginning to end was amazing. The location was right in the center things where Seaside and Rosemary were just minutes away of a short drive. It’s located right by one of the best restaurants with a coffee shop and other things nearby within walking distance The home was very clean And The check-in went smoothly and any questions we had were responded to quickly, very cute. Perfect for our family of four
Great Location, near great food. Would recommend Florida Fish House for dinner and piano bar entertainment that is walking distance, Steamboat Grill another hidden gem. Seaside court by food trucks are great. Condo is clean, very comfy bed, nice size kitchen, and owner is very quick to respond and is very helpful. Would stay again for sure. Only downside is no elevator. Great trip!
This is a great, affordable condo. Very clean, tons of beach gear and everything you need for your stay. Loved being right next door to the Old Florida Fish House! Beach is walkable, we usually went down early to set up chairs, etc. using a golf cart then walked down later. A little far from Seaside, but that's why you're getting an affordable price! Property owner was super nice and helpful.
Our family of four had a fun week in Seagrove Beach. The condo is well-located for getting to other areas of 30a/groceries/bike riding the pathway. The unit was well-equipped with everything we needed for fun days at the beach and cooking at home. And, we really enjoyed the use of the bikes, including a fun ride to Rosemary Beach.
The location was also great for getting out for treats and drinks and dinner at Old Florida Fish House.
Beautiful, cozy condo! My family of 4 had the best time! Host was also super helpful with local beach access points and sent several recommendations on places to eat and hang out. 10 out of 10, would definitely book again!
We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! From the booking to the stay everything was exceptional! Communication was prompt and detailed, property was exactly as pictured if not better, clean and stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation and we are already planning our next trip back to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. Right next to the Old Fish House restaurant which was great! Close enough to Seaside to ride your bikes but far enough away to avoid all the crowds. Close to the beach. Would rent again!
Can’t say enough about this great property or it’s lovely owners. it is a quiet little haven on busy 30A. We had zero issues but a few questions about a nearby beach and such and the owners responded right away. So well appointed and super clean property. Thanks for a lovely, quiet spring break!
