Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Discover your next adventure in "Sunny Oak," a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home nestled on a tranquil street in WaterColor's Lake District. This inviting space exudes coastal charm, providing a happy retreat for guests. Families can easily access Camp WaterColor, tennis courts, Western Lake, and playgrounds via scenic nature paths. The award-winning community offers a plethora of amenities for all ages.

Step inside to find a spacious living area seamlessly connected to a gourmet kitchen adorned with cheerful decor and premium stainless-steel appliances. The breakfast bar and dining table, seating 3 and 8 respectively, invite guests to create and enjoy meals together. The kitchen opens to a back patio and grilling deck. A guest room with a king bed and private bathroom, as well as a full laundry room, add to the home's convenience.

Upstairs, three more spacious guest rooms await. The luxurious primary suite boasts natural light, a private balcony, and a bathroom with a shower and separate clawfoot tub. Another king bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with the bunk room, featuring two twin-over-double bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. The last bedroom includes an additional seating area and a flat-screen TV.

The physical property and amenities were amazing. However our experience with 360 blue was very disappointing. The property sleeps 10 and we are an older family with teens and needed 10 amenity bands. We notified 360 Blue several days in advance we would require 10 bands but on arrival only 2 bands were left for our stay. We traveled from out state and arrived on a Friday. We were told we could not receive armbands until Monday afternoon and we were departing Tuesday. So we were refunded our amenity fees bc we could not access the pools and such. The watercolor management made an exception and provided temporary cards but this was also a hassle and they expired Sunday. On Monday the watercolor club employee was extremely rude to our teens as though they were in violation of club access. So it was just one big disappointing mess. Further the bike codes and Wi-Fi codes were not provided in the check in information. The property was amazing and I’m sure they pay 360 blue a lot of money to manage it. And it was terrible. Even Watercolpr management indicated they’ve had so many problems with 360 blue doing this same thing to other guests.

Property is immaculate and well located in a quiet part of Watercolor. Access to all amenities of Watercolor and easy bike ride to Publix, Seaside, etc. Jennifer is the owner and property manager and somehow finds the time to communicate quickly and effectively. Great communication throughout booking, checkin and checkout. A+++ experience!

Great Memories Made Here

Wow! What a week. This was a great home for our family trip. We had family of all ages (1 to 65) totaling 14 people in all and there was plenty of room in every part of the house. Location was great! 2 blocks to Frog Pool (Sandhill) and 5 minute bike ride to Camp WaterColor Pool/Water Complex. Neighborhood was quiet and perfect. House had everything you need from extra linens to the fully decked out kitchen. Owner/Manager was also great. Very responsive and even sent us a welcome gift and 1st day morning surprise (donuts). Very thoughtful! We would stay here again. Everyone in our camp loved it!

The best family vacation

Our family of 8 stayed at Wild Sunshine July 2020 and had the best vacation!! The home was so spacious and the layout was perfect. The owner was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the bikes provided and it was great finding all the shortcut trails to Camp Watercolor and the Boathouse.

Wild sunshine is one of the BEST!

We loved staying at Wild Sunshine! Layout of the house is great! Very open! Perfect bunk room for our teenagers - they loved their hangout spot! The location to Seaside, Watercolor & Publix’s is perfect! Great communication & follow thru from Jennifer (the owner). WiFi is stronger than at my own house! Kitchen is well stocked with everything you’ll need- even a large mixer! Beds are comfortable and sheets are soft! Plenty of towels for everyone! We will stay here again!!

Beautiful WaterColor Home!!!

A gem of a rental in a fabulous location within WaterColor!!! Beautifully decorated, kitchen with everything you would want and more, and a spacious first floor for lounging around! Giant dining table perfect for game nights. We just loved it! The bike path short cuts are right by the house, so super quick ride to Camp WaterColor and downtown Seaside, and only couple blocks to the bridge to WaterColor Beach Club! Plus, the owner gives you such a specialized attention....far better than the rental agencies. Even surprised us with breakfast treats! So yes, stay here!!!!!

Wonderful family time at Wild Sunshine

We had such a wonderful time here! The home was very nice and beds super comfortable! We spent our mornings drinking coffee and overlooking the nice park area across the street. Easy to get to the beach on bike. Plenty of space for kids to hangout and great dining table for eating and game nights. Jennifer was very responsive and takes pride in her home and does little things that made our stay special. Thankful for the time here and I will recommend to others!

Wonderful family vacation!

We just came back from a wonderful family vacation with friends and would highly recommend Wild Sunshine! Jennifer, the property manager, was extremely responsive and the home was just as described. We especially loved how well-stocked the kitchen was and the spacious living area. The home is very close to the Frog Pool and a quick bike ride to the beach - one of our favorite locations within Watercolor. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Vacation Rental

Our stay in Watercolor at Wild Sunshine couldn't have been more perfect. The house was spotless when we arrived and was well stocked with everything we needed and more including fishing poles, beach chairs and anything you would need in the kitchen. The owners really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we would need for a memorable vacation. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back!

Blessed Beginnings

Wild Sunshine was the perfect home for a few family member who arrived to celebrate my nephew’s marriage over the weekend. The home had everything we needed to enjoy a memorable weekend with family and friends. It is in tip top shape, beyond comfortable and very clean. The location is very special too ... easy to get to the beach and to the grocery store. The owners have an attention to detail and they were wonderful to work with during the reservation period and during my stay. I cannot wait to return to WaterColor and especially to Wild Sunshine.

A Standout Property and Rental Experience

After reading all the 5 Star reviews of the Wild Sunshine home and Jennifer (the owner), I expected the property to be great! However, as a regular VRBO user, this property and rental experience with the owner exceeded my expectations. The entire home is so comfortable, nicely furnished and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! The beautiful kitchen was well stocked and had good cookware, utensils, mixers, etc. that are often not found in rental properties. It was a pleasure to cook in this kitchen! You can't beat the location of this home. It was so nice to have a beautiful wooded park across the street instead of homes. You still feel like you are part of the Watercolor neighborhood, but it definitely made our stay a bit more serene. Finally, it was a pleasure to deal Jennifer, the owner, instead of a management company. You can definitely tell that this home is taken care of by the owners. They are so proactive and do so much to ensure that your stay at Wild Sunshine is wonderful!

Fabulous Home- Excellent Hospitality

We have stayed in Watercolor for 9 years and have never experienced such warm hospitality in such a peaceful environment. The best way I know to describe this home and owner is life-giving with such a sweet spirit in not only the correspondence we had but also in the colors, decor, books and artwork choices. Jennifer was very responsive and made sure we felt welcomed and special in her property. The layout of the house is great for cooking, entertaining, relaxing and resting -even with multiple families. The guest bedroom downstairs was private and perfect for anyone needing to avoid stairs. We loved the children’s room that was set up as a suite complete with a comfy couch, chair and TV. The master bedroom had extra drawer space (Hooray!)and was well thought out for accomodating a traveler. We rode bikes to Seaside for biscuits from Modica Market and to Camp Watercolor and the beach from this great location. We so enjoyed our week and would love to be back at Wild Sunshine. Thank you Jennifer and family for your gift of hospitality and for being a model property owner. We sincerely appreciate you!

Amazing Home

My family and I have stayed at Watercolor many times in different areas of the community, but we have to say this home has been our most favorite to date. The location to the Frog pool and Camp Watercolor and the quick bike ride to the beach and Seaside made this home the perfect location for us. We loved that it was on a quiet street with no neighbors across the street. We enjoyed our days of biking to the beach and pools and our lazy evenings hanging on the front porches. Being a large family we loved the open floor plan that allowed us all to be together. The family room had the most comfortable furniture and there was plenty places for all of us to lounge. This home was decorated beautifully and instantly made you feel like you were relaxed and at home. The owners of the home made you feel welcome and were available for any questions at anytime. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time in this wonderful relaxing home. Thank you to the owners that allowed us to relax and step away from our hectic life in GA to truly enjoy our vacation! We will be back very soon!

Perfect!

Loved this beautiful home! Perfect for a family, plenty of areas to spread out but also a great large table for games and meals. Location is ideal, our favorite Frog Pool is right down the street, the trail system to walk/bike on is across the street which quickly takes you to Camp Watercolor. Jennifer is by far THE nicest person/owner I have dealt with in the many years we have come to WC. She also provides special, personal touches that make you feel very welcome. Thank you for sharing your house with us Jennifer! We had a great but short trip!

Love Wild Sunshine!

Love this home and the owners! Jennifer is so helpful!! Wild Sunshine had everything we needed! This is our fourth year to stay in Watercolor and we enjoyed the layout of this house the most. The location is peaceful, too, with no house across the street. We have 3 young children and they enjoyed the spacious downstairs, large counter stools, porch swing and the bonus “play space” upstairs in the bunk room. There were kid books upstairs and a chest with an awesome train set that my 3 year old son went and played with every chance he got! We brought toys, but it was a blessing to have some “new” things for them to be entertained by while we were home. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed. Loved the large griddle for making breakfast and the turquoise plastic plates and bowls were so easy and great for the kids. Large washing machine for laundry was awesome. One of my favorite things was the interior design...the owner did a wonderful job making the home serene and beautiful. Every view you had was lovely. I especially enjoyed the master bedroom with the soft pink details. Proximity to all the amenities of Watercolor can’t be beat! So many pools, the newly updated Camp Watercolor and the Watercolor Inn beach access, where we went almost every day, was wonderful. The Watercolor Inn gives you complimentary beach towels to use and it was great to have the sand washing station at the top of the stairs. We’d love to book this home again (if it’s not already sold out (!) because I know more and more families will be wanting to return to Wild Sunshine again, too!!
