The Space:
BEDROOMS:
• 2 full bedrooms both with a KING bed. Both have room for a pac n play, and both have a FULL bathroom attached. Master includes double vanity and garden tub.
• Sleeper sofa and additional linens prepared in the large living area. Max capacity is 8 guests (6 adults/kids + 2 kids/infants).

FREE PARKING:
• Up to 2 vehicles. Deeded parking garage with with one parking spot close to elevator on the ground floor. One park can be parked under the unit, other vehicle may park on resort property just behind the unit! Very close for convenient access to both.

INSIDE layout:
• The front bedroom is off the entry foyer with access to second full bath. The Master bedroom suite has balcony access with gulf views and a large master bath with soaking tub and stand up shower.

BALCONY:
You'll spend all your time on the oversized balcony that overlooks the large resort style pool. When the sun comes up, head out to lounge by the cool water of the resort pool, or make your way to the beach nearby for a day of tanning with a book in hand.

WE proudly offer our guests regular drip coffee machine and a Keurig machine - we also stock our baskets with full coffee bar!

KID FRIENDLY:
We realize most of our guests have young or school-aged kids. We stock plenty of toys to keep your little one's busy under the TV in the living room cabinet. We have also removed large breakables and safety hazards to help keep your family comfortable and worry-free. Plenty of sand buckets, toys, boogie boards, umbrella & a beach few chairs we keep just for our guests. Pack n Play provided as well

PARKING:
FREE on-site parking up to two vehicles. This particular unit a DEEDED parking space right under you - covered garage.

WRISTBANDS:
Enjoy the ease of wristband access, yet again eliminating remembering codes. Your unit will equip you with 4 armbands to explore all the resort offers!
• Note any wristband misplacements will incur a $100 replacement fee.

UNIT LOCATION is right in between the elevator and stairs, and is perfectly situated in the building nearest the fitness room & sauna. Keep an eye on your vehicle as it can be right below the entryway door for added convenience!

THE BALCONY: Offers plenty of seating for all guests with a large dining table, oversized DAYbed off then master bedroom, and beach equipment!

DOG FRIENDLY: We welcome your little pooches, asking only up to 2 dogs less than 50lbs. We keep dog bowls, towels, mats, and the resort had dedicated pet walking area + pet waste bags just under the unit down below! Bring your 4-legged family members with you on vacation! A 1 time pet fee will be applied at time of booking! (no worries, we promise it will be less than what you pay to board them or stay somewhere larger!)**Send us a message for inquiries with pets! We want you to feel welcome here with your sweet, travel appropriate pets!

Dunes of Seagrove has a convenient beach service set-up you have the option to independently reserve for the day or the week. La Dolce Vita bike rentals are also located at the front of the community. Pricing for this service is available upon request!

We give our guests in the unit 4 beach chairs + Beach cart, toys, boogie boards + other items, if you would like to rent more it is available! This beach equipment is self service, and includes a wagon, 2 chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, a boogie board, sand buckets/etc to shuttle just a few steps from your unit to the resort beach access.

DOOR CODE:
Guests will receive a PERSONALIZED door code within 48 hours of check-in to make your stay much easier. No trouble remembering 8 random numbers or using an app.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
We will make contact many times throughout your booking - stay. 1-2 WEEKS prior we send local area recommendations and things you may want to book ahead of time (like area massages, in-room chef's, picnic on the beach, souvenir's basket)
48 HOURS PRIOR We send an instructional detailed message containing parking, what the 'arrival' process looks like, arm band location, and what all we keep in the unit. Paper products we stock and where items are located.
24 HOURS PRIOR We send info on check-in times, if early check-in may be available, what to do in the area while waiting on your room's cleaning to be finalized, ect.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
We offer guaranteed day-of check-in at 10am (rather than 4pm) for a fee of just $75. This is a situational availability and will be communicated to you, our guests in advance! Reach out with interest as soon as you are able! Our standard check-in time is 4pm. Every clean and reservation is different, we always let guests know if the unit is ready early (usually 1-2 hours). We understand travel needs and this convenience and do our best to get you in there asap!

LATE CHECK-OUT:
Available upon request, $25/hour. Guests who do not request late checkout and cause the cleaner to be held up on day of checkout (which could cause loss of jobs and cancellations for us all that day) will be charged $50/hour.

SECURITY CAMERA:
We have a google home security camera located on the entry door, facing the outside of the unit. We do reserve the right to protect our property against unlawful, unsupported intruders & situations that could occur. We do not allow over 8 guests at this home. Any reservations that intend or allow over 8 guests overnight in this unit will be asked to leave with no refund entitlement.

NO SMOKING POLICY:
There shall be no smoking of ANY kind, including but not limited to cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana of any kind in the unit nor on the balcony. Any guests found to break these house rules will be asked to leave immediately with no refund entitlement.

NO PARTIES:
There shall never be more than 12 guests at any given time according to local authorities & fire code to exceed capacity of this unit during the day or night hours. Guests who are found to disturb neighbors with loud music, yellowing, TV's being turned up, or unlawful events in accordance with Florida Law will have authorities contacted immediately and shall vacate the premises. Any non-adherence to this house rule will not be entitled to a refund.

MINIMUM AGE:
We require not only the booking person responsible, but ALL guests to be over the age of 23. Guests age will be verified through the booking platform and any/all guests whom do not have a parent present during the stay and are less than 23 years of age will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

PET FEE & RULES:
Our cleaning company charges an additional $175 fee for pets. We will bill this directly at the time of booking which should show up as a separate pet fee line items. We accept dogs less than 45lbs, with maximum of 2 dogs per reservation.
