A unique opportunity for direct access out your patio gate to the beach, pool and grilling (no need for elevators). Loading and unloading is always easy from the parking lot or the beach! 101 is coastal chic with soft grays and calming pops of blue. Enjoy pool views from the kitchen, dining and main living area plus the master bedroom. Both bathrooms have been renovated in December 2024. BeachCrest 101 offers the best of both worlds -- pool days and beach days. Walk out the back patio and you're at the pool. Easily head back to your unit for snacks or bathroom breaks.
