Perfectly decorated with a fun mix of nautical decorations and modern appliances, the interior radiantly gleams with its well-equipped kitchen, ocean/pool view living room, and sizable bedrooms. Entertain and relax with your loved ones in front of the living room's large smart TV, or grab a sweet beverage and cheer to another vacation well-booked on the private balcony. In the primary bedroom, you'll be delighted to discover an extra-large vanity and a walk-in shower. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the condo's interior amenities.

Outside, not only will you have direct beach access, but also a pool, hot tub, tennis court, sauna, and adult bikes to explore Santa Rosa Beach. Some attractions around Santa Rosa Beach you may enjoy exploring include Grayton Beach State Park, Eden Gardens State Park, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and numerous golf courses, restaurants, and shops.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
