Tucked just around the corner from Topsail Hill Preserve State Park in a quiet, beachside community south of 30A on a private lot with a fenced in backyard..The most beautiful and least crowded beach access on 30A is just a few minutes away. One bedroom( king bed) one bathroom, full kitchen, laundry and deck . Quite location!location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The cottage is stocked with all of the amenities that you would need. We also traveled with our dog and the fenced in yard was very nice. We loved the location and there’s a few public beach accesses very close. The owner was really nice and made sure we had no questions after we checked in. The owner also texted us during our stay to see how things were going and made sure that we had no questions. The owners even had fresh flowers in the cottage upon our arrival. We enjoyed our time so much we have already booked our trip for next year.

Great 30A spot

Wonderful cottage near a beautiful beach. Highly recommended for a couple or family with a small child. Very pet friendly although pets aren't allowed on the nearby beaches.

Fantastic beach cottage

The owners are incredibly friendly and communicative. The place is immaculate and well decorated. You are walking distance from the beach. This was our second trip there and we want to come back every year.

Wonderful Cottage

We loved our time at this cottage! There is so much space in every room, a full kitchen with coffee maker and a nice patio. We were so close to multiple public beaches, walking distance from a new coffee shop (15 min walk) short drive to stores and restaurants, etc. Street was peaceful and quiet. The hosts were so great and available next door if needed!

Pet Friendly& Perfect

On the quiet end of 30a. Charming cottage done in cheerful colors. Perfect for two AND your pet, nice deck and fenced yard. Hosts are next door, super nice, available but not intrusive.

Fantastic

Very clean and well organized. The pet friendly property with a fenced yard was perfect for our needs. We had to be out of our home for a few days while it was being painted. This property was close to our home which made this convenient. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of kitchen implements. The weather outside was very hot but the A/C worked perfectly.

Great Little Beach Cottage

This was a great little beach cottage. Perfect for 2 and a great yard for the dogs. A quick bike ride to the beach. The owners even had bikes, beach chairs, and a shade tent they offered for use. They were extremely communicative. The only thing that wasn't 5 stars was the mattress, it felt well worn, but it wasn't awful. Would definitely recommend the property.

Comfortable and quaint cottage

A short bike ride to Dune Allen Beach regional access. Bikes were on the property to use. The location of the cottage was quiet, and off of the hub bub of Hwy 30A. Saw deer in the area as the property is literally in the Topsail Preserve back yard. Nice owners, who permanently live next door.

Peaceful Beachside Cottage

We had a great week staying here with our dog (she loved the fenced in yard). The cottage was clean and has a full kitchen and laundry room. The location was perfect. We'd definitely stay again!

Great Find!

The cottage has everything we needed for a month long stay. Perfect size for 2 people. The king bed was the most comfortable I've had in a rental. Perfect location next to the 30a. Kerry and Tami were super nice and even let us use their beach chairs and tent. Nice patio and grill in the back yard. Would definitely recommend!

Very relaxing stay

The cottage was perfect for us and our two dogs. Kerry supplied everything we needed for our stay. It’s a 2 minute drive, 10 minute bike ride to the beautiful beach. Nearby restaurants and groceries. Cannot wait to return.

Quiet Dune Allen Cottage

My wife and I loved staying in this 1 bedroom beach cottage. We enjoyed the 5 minute bike ride to the beach access everyday and a dip in the pool once we returned. Very clean and had everything we needed. Tami and Kerry were very accommodating.
