Escape to this charming 4-bedroom, single-story home in Grove by the Sea, perfect for families and groups. Sitting at the front of the neighborhood, it offers an easy walk to the beach and community pools alongside modern comforts throughout. Recently refreshed in July 2026 with new living room furniture, a new HVAC system, and a new appliances. Relax on the large screened-in patio, fire up the gas grill, or let the kids spread out in the lofted bonus room built just for them.
