Get ready for pure relaxation by the emerald waters of the Gulf in 30A. Gulf Coast Time is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with a bonus bunk room. It boasts Gulf and community views, tennis courts, and is close to the resort-style community pool and steps from gated beach access. Newly constructed, everything in this gorgeous condo is upgraded with modern touches, from quartz countertops to French door access to the balcony. What's even better is that you can enjoy beach service during your stay for an additional fee, which covers two chairs and an umbrella exclusively for your personal use!

Step inside this bright condo and find great natural light and open living spaces. The living room features comfortable furniture with a Smart TV and comfortable seating. After a long day of fun in the sun, it’s a great place to unwind and catch your favorite TV shows. The kitchen is spacious and comes with all high-end, stainless-steel appliances. It’s perfectly equipped to prepare anything from gourmet dinners to beach snacks!

After a full day of beach adventures, you and your guests are sure to sleep like babies in well-appointed bedrooms with soothing color tones and cozy beds. The primary bedroom has a Smart TV, walk-in closet, direct balcony access and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom boasts quartz countertops, a dual vanity, a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms have Smart TVs for late-night TV viewing! A bonus bunk room is by the third bedroom. There’s a Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the second and third bedrooms with quartz countertops, dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Guests are asked to please park only in designated areas. There is a covered spot (#17) and general parking is also available in the parking lots. No street parking is allowed.

Gulf place

Great unit and location, will stay again. Short walk to the beach, the kids enjoyed the smart tvs and streaming services. Very clean and modern appliances.
