Gulf-front 30A Townhome - Steps to the Beach.

Wake up every morning and have a cup of coffee on the deck looking out at the Gulf. You may even get a dolphin show. It doesn't get much better than that. Then walk down to the sugar white sand, swim in the beautiful crystal blue water. When you are thirsty, hungry or just need a nap, you are steps away from the house. This unit has been completely remodeled, new kitchen (Quartz countertops with quality stainless appliances), master bathroom (frameless walk-in shower), Bedding (Westin Heavenly Beds), furniture (Pottery Barn Sectional and recliner), recessed lighting, and 3 TV's (featuring 65" 4K TV). The deck has quality Polywood furniture with Sunbrella cushions (two lounge chairs, four bar height chairs and large 48" table for Al Fresco dining). Our townhouse is truly a home away from home. Our unit has a fully stocked kitchen with a large pantry, should you choose to cook. But if you want to enjoy eating out, there are many restaurants to choose from on 30A. Every type of food you could want from Sushi to Pizza, 30A has it all.

The master has a King size bed with Westin "Heavenly Bed" Mattress, with a private balcony, full bath with frameless walk in shower. Second bedroom has a Queen Bed with Westin "Heavenly Bed" Mattress and built in bunk beds with a full En-suite bathroom. Our living area has a Pottery Barn sofa Sectional with Wrapped Down cushions seat and a leather recliner. 65 inch LCD smart TV 4K, with HD box, & 100Mbps+ Wi-Fi. All bedrooms have TVs. There is also a half bath on the main level. We have covered parking below. We also offer full sized top loaded washer and dryer with stainless tubs.

Our townhome is situated between Seaside and Alys Beach in Sea Grove beach near Eastern Lake. We are just a short drive to Destin, Panama City Beach, Rosemary Beach & Grayton Beach. They all offer wonderful restaurants, nightlife and much more.

Beautiful stay in paradise

The townhome was lovely and in a perfect location on the ocean front. The view was spectacular. The home was stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. I highly recommend staying here in Seagrove Beach.

Great Stay

It was our first time staying in 30A and we'll definitely be back. We loved the location! We rented bikes for the week and rode every morning thru the neighborhood and to the state park that was close by. Being close to the public beach was a plus!

7 Nights

The unit was incredibly clean and beautiful. Short walk to the ocean. Didn't realize the laundry was outside and underneath the unit. The biggest concern for us was the communication with the host. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms didn't work. With some troubleshooting, I realized the batteries in the remotes were so old they were swollen. The host stated she had no idea that was a problem but did not offer any resolution. Also, there was no iron in the unit. Only an ironing board. When I asked about the location of an iron, the host said it was in the closet. I stated clearly that it was not in the closet and that there was no iron available. Crickets. No offering to help out in any way. I had to go to Walmart and buy batteries for her remotes and I also bought an iron for her. I kindly asked her if she would be able to reimburse me for these two things since I was actually helping her. She asked for my venmo and then did not reimburse me. Very strange. 2 days later I had to ask her again, obviously making me feel strange like I was begging her to reimburse me. She finally did reimburse me. We had another incident where the internet stopped working. The only response we got was 14 hours later and stating that the internet never fails there. No offer of a resolution, nothing.This was not a good experience all around even outside of these two incidents with communication with the host. We would not return.

Our little family of 3 had a great stay here. The house was clean and comfortable. It was so nice to be steps away from the beach as well as the beautiful view with the sound of the ocean from the house.

Great All Around!

This is the first year we stayed at 30A (Sandestin the past 6 years.) We traveled with two boys, 7 & 9. This is an older townhome that's been well maintained. It's cute, nice, cozy, and very comfortable. The best part was being steps away from the beach! And Cindy could not have been a better host! She was beyond generous with our requests. We have rented from property managers and private owners. You really get better services with private owners. Cindy's townhome is top rated for a reason - treat it better than your own home so she can continue to share her place with others!

Great stay and location

Great location and rental. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a 30A get away. Quick walk to the beach! Drivable to restaurants, grocery and much more. Extremely clean and friendly property. Would love to come back for a return trip. Highly recommend.

Awesome summer vacation in Seagrove

We loved our stay in this townhome. It was the perfect size & location for my family (2 tweens + 2 adults) especially since the kids didn’t have to sleep in the same bed & the 2.5 baths were great to have. The beach chairs & umbrella available for use were great. We loved being able to walk out the back door & almost straight onto the beach. The only thing that we didn’t love was that the master sink has very little space to put out products. A shelf on the wall above it to the right would have been great. Otherwise we loved our stay & the house.

Heavenly Vacation Spot

This townhouse unit was everything I wished it would be. It exceeded all of our dreams. Perfect location and literally steps from the beach. We enjoyed being able to walk straight off the front deck and get right on the beach. We loved the quietness of the location. Not the busyness and noise of PCB. The beach wasn't crowded at all and so clean. Water was as clear as can be. We will be back to this place our next vacation for sure. The townhouse manager, Cindy, was nothing short of amazing. She answers our questions very promptly and she was soo helpful. Thank you again for allowing us to stay here.

Beautiful Home and Ideal Location

This was a perfect location for our vacation. The condo was exactly as described and probably the best stocked we have stayed in. Its location was ideal. We will be back. There was a slight mix-up at check-in, but Cindy was responsive and proactive in fixing a minor inconvenience. Great host.

Relaxing beach time

Beautiful townhome in a great location

We stayed at this townhome and absolutely loved it. The location in regards to Seagrove Beach and the surrounding beaches (Alys, Rosemary, Seaside) was perfect. Nothing was too far to get to and to be right on the beach was perfect for us. We will be back and definitely will seek out this property to see if its available again.
