Welcome to Leeward II Unit 4, a charming 2nd-floor beachfront condo located in the heart of Seagrove Beach near Eastern Lake. Nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, this cozy retreat offers stunning ocean views and easy access to the best of 30A.

At the top of the stairs (please note, there is no elevator), you'll find a welcoming living room featuring a sleeper sofa. The living area opens up to a covered porch, an ideal spot to savor your morning coffee while watching the waves crash on the shore.

The guest room boasts a comfortable queen bed and a full bath. Additionally, there's a convenient bunk nook, perfect for kids or extra guests.

This property is in need of some upgrades. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and some finishings are in rough shape. Over all the stay was pleasant but we felt it to be a bit over priced.

The railing on the balcony doesn’t seem secure, rugs in the house would be nice and the step down to the beach has washed away and is over a 12” drop. Overall, a good spot to stay and I still recommended. But with a few minor adjustments, it could be great.

Great location!!

We had a great stay and really loved being right by the ocean with chairs/umbrella set up for us every morning. Nice deck from the condo to look out on the beach and ocean. There were a few items we had issues with (e.g. light bulbs, coffee maker) that the host addressed very quickly. Suggestions - replace the mattress/pillows, provide a cable tv service, add rental bikes, add bottom step to the beach. it seems to be missing. wasn't an issue for us but could see it may be for older guests. Enjoy!

However, I expected a little more for the price. There weren't convenient outlets in the bedroom and when I moved the dresser to plug in a charger, it was dusty and dirty, plus there are some scuffs/marks/small holes on the walls. The beach chair and umbrella service was nice but not well explained until I explicitly asked. The management company responded quickly to my inquiries and were good to work with. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, but it wasn't quite up to my initial expectations based on the price of the unit.

Great beach spot

The condo was clean upon arrival with the exception of the floors. I had to sweep the floors to get all the sand up. Many reviews mentioned a bad mattress but we decided to roll the dice and I thought it was fine but my husband said he didn’t sleep at all. Beach chair service was great and the condo is in a great location. Perfect if you are coming for the beach and don’t have to have a luxurious condo. If you’re driving a full size vehicle, it will stick out of the parking space. Management company was excellent to deal with. Overall we would recommend!

This time there were a few problems but I didn't contact staff and just endured them.The bed's mattress has failed. One side is totally collapsed.The shower drains vvvery slow. Couple inches of water in bottom even on quick shower.The WiFi was spotty for a couple days, then it got better so maybe that was temporary.The last step on the external staircase has one step that is different rise than the rest, plus it is hard to see at night. It really needs some reflective tape.

Awesome Getaway

This was a PERFECT spot for my daughter and me to have a little getaway. I thoroughly enjoyed having the large sliding glass door looking right out to the beach and the ocean. And of course when we wanted to go out to the beach, it could NOT have been easier or more convenient. The condo itself was updated nicely and again was just perfect for us!!!
